We felt very welcomed and the experience was great, all information about our holiday was given excellently and reassurance was provided given that this will be our first holiday as a couple together.

We were in a hurray and the lovely Jess realised this, so with no idle chat she sourced the cruise we wanted, found a cabin with a balcony and with our agreement booked the cruise within 30/35 minutes.
