Very knowledgable member of staff nothing was to much trouble. Also pointed out that if l call in on the day of departure she would help with the booking in. As I am over 80 l do not have the technical knowledge so need help.

It's a pleasure to go into Hayes Highcliffe, the girls are always so pleasant and really helpful.

Very friendly staff on duty especially Tesh. Very professional and knowledgeable who dealt with our booking without fuss.

Just to make sure this is directed at the right people I will clarify. At no point have I had issue with any staff at Hayes. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. My issue is with the multi pricing operated by Hayes. This is a issue that has not been apparent in the past since I have always arrived with the price on line and it has been matched without issue. This time I did not take in the online price from Jet2 and found the added cost of using a travel agent. For example the price of Jet2 private transfers is £120 for travel from Tenerife airport to Los Cristianos. Hayes charged £180! a 50% increase. I find this unacceptable profitering and the base cost of the holiday increased by £300. This is in addition to the commission gained from the operator.
I only ever used Hayes following the way they behaved with the crash of another agent. I really do not need a travel agent and on this performance I will not use on again.

Having got 3 NZ cruise quotes including Hays whilst initially quoting the most they answered several questions thoroughly and amended quotes several times. Despite still being the most expensive they persevered and eventually came up with a reduced price to win the business. Was keen to do business with them in view of the good after sales service and being on the door-step.Like the keen to please attitude of the staff and they move fairly quickly.
