My first booking of a holiday for myself and my teenage daughter. We were seen by Ethan and he did everything he could to find us the best holiday that suited our needs.

Very happy as I was able to book the destination, hotel and flight that I wanted without any problem. And I got a discount that I didn’t know about - but they did!! Brilliant. Thank you.

The agent who served us listened to what we wanted. He found a few options which met our requirements. He wasn't at all pushy. We were happy to go along with one of his suggestions and booked. He dealt with all of the paperwork, checked us in online and printed our boarding passes each way. We just have to turn up at yhe airport. This has taken a lot of stress away from us.

Went in for holiday insurance. We were lucky enough to have four holidays last year. Which included New York. So we took out World Wide cover. Great value for money. So we have taken the same insurance policy this year. Assisted by the ever helpful Judith at the Hereford branch.

The service I received was exceptional. I had been trying for a while to arrange a special family trip to New York. However, it had proved difficult to finalise arrangements for my son who is disabled and needs accessible travel/hotel facilities etc. I was using a well known airline and this meant that every time I contacted them I had to repeat my request and still it proved impossible to finalise details and was very stressful. When I spoke to Erica the situation changed totally. Erica listened carefully, she has a 'can do' attitude and is patient, understanding, knowledgeable and very professional. We are going in May and we can't wait. Thank you Erica.
