We went in to the store to make an enquiry on, the information given in a clear concise way allowed us to make a decision to book .

I found that the agent was considerate in my requirements and was helpful in their advice

From start to finish the colleague who we have dealt with has been brilliant! Can’t thank Kelly at Hanley enough. She has been so helpful, patient and nothing is ever too much trouble. She has been on hand to answer any question we have and query to ensure we booked the perfect holiday. We have had to change our original plans due to what’s going on in the West and her recommendation led us down a completely different path but one we are so happy with and so excited about now.
I would highly recommend Kay’s Travel. Can’t thank Kelly enough, she knew how important it was we found the right location and holiday for my 50th. Exciting times

We always book with hays travel in Hanley, they are a great team. Especially Joy she knows us so well k ows what we like and don't like, also Mark really helpful. Plus love seeing there adventures on Facebook give me good ideas where I might like to travel next.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Joy who booked my holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and always goes above and behond to make sure everything is right.

The people at hays make you feel welcome, they listen to what you want in a holiday. They take their time with you making sure that you are happy with your choice. But also they ask if you need airport parking etc... they make the difference. Thank you
