Alison made the whole experience of booking my holiday great. She went through it with my making sure this was what I was looking for and booked it on the spot including our seats on the plane leaving us with nothing to do but arrive at the airport. Kristopher was really good with us as neither of us has been to tenerife before,he showed us a few places around the resort and asked us what we were looking for in a holiday .He was really helpful and couldn't be more curtious spend a good bit of time with us and eventually got what we wanted from the holiday as it was for my wife's 60th Birthday when we are away .Thanks again hays for your staff help and service
