We went in to talk about our upcoming cruise and decided to book for Menorca. Alayna was great as are all staff. Very helpful and got holiday at price we thought great.
We'll be back to book more holidays soon.

We usually book direct with Jet2 but decided to call in to see what offers could be had. Our advisor was fantastic and very patient came up with what looks like a brilliant hotel in a perfect location 👏👏👏👏👏 although when we got home and looked at the hotel on the Jet2 site we could have got the same hotel £100 cheaper 🙈🙈🙈🙈

The opening time displayed on the store door is 9:15am. However, at 9:25am I was still standing outside waiting while the staff were inside having a meeting.

The staff were clearly aware I was there. I had already tried the door and several members of staff looked over and saw me waiting outside. I completely understand that staff meetings may sometimes run over, but it would have taken very little effort for someone to come to the door and let me know when the store was actually going to open.

After waiting for more than 10 minutes past the advertised opening time with no acknowledgement or explanation, I eventually gave up and went elsewhere.

Very disappointing customer service, particularly when the opening hours were clearly displayed on the door. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
