Hays Travel - Ferndown Omdömen 

This involved changing of bookings on board Cunard, for which Cunard required authorisation from Hays Ferndown. This was provided seamlessly and immediately, enabling us to progress with revised plans. Hays Ferndown have provided us with exemplary service for a number of years now and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Martine at the Ferndown branch made the experience of booking a much needed holiday great. We had already decided where we wanted to go and the dates but Martine was happy to spend the time with us finding the right hotel and flights and at a cost that we were happy with. There was no time pressure to get something booked even though another customer was waiting to see her. Great Service as always.

Staff member, Storm, was very helpful. He made a reservation for the holiday requested then investigated the chance of a further discount. The holiday was booked the same day and I received a phone call and email to confirm on that day, as promised.
