Happy experience
We were treated with respect and they did everything to get us exactly what we wanted. Giving us all the information we needed. Nothing was too much trouble so came away very happy.

So reliable and willing to help
This involved changing of bookings on board Cunard, for which Cunard required authorisation from Hays Ferndown. This was provided seamlessly and immediately, enabling us to progress with revised plans. Hays Ferndown have provided us with exemplary service for a number of years now and we can't recommend them highly enough.
