Good Experience
Booked our first cruise with Hays Travel and it was made easy and so simple thanks to Katie at our local Hays in Cleveleys which I did over the phone. In terms of help and advice I want to say a huge thank you , every thing was taken care of.

I have booked my last three holidays…
I have booked my last three holidays with Hays Travel, Cleveleys. The staff have always been helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Service excellent. Two of those holidays I knew what I wanted to book and the latest holiday was booked on the spur of the moment (we hoped to travel within the next week or so). We managed to get a holiday, travelling within the week. All booked, paid for, done and dusted in 45 minutes. I would highly recommend the company.

We were met by a lovely young woman…
We were met by a lovely young woman Sophia who could not have been more helpful. We explained everything that we would need because of our age and disabilities, she understood the problems and went over and above what we expected to ensure we were happy.
All in all a very pleasant experience and a very very helpful young woman who we will hopefully do business with again.
