When my friend and l booked we managed to get 2 single occupancy double rooms informed us of building work next to our hotel. Which was much appreciated, usually don't find this out till you arrive.

Very Happy Clients
My friend and I went into Hays in Chester le Street on Wednesday 11th and were seen by Gemma who sorted a Nile Cruise for us, she was absolutely brilliant the computer connection was faulty so she rang the agent and sorted everything out on the phone for us leaving us very happy with the booking and leaving us looking forward to a wonderful holiday.
