Helpful and knowledgeable.
Brodie listened to everything that I wanted for my holiday, then came back to me really quickly with some choices.
I went back in, and she explained everything to me and answered every question that I asked.
Everything was completed very quickly and I was very pleased.

Very thorough, efficient and friendly. Enabled me to book the specific cabin I wanted and various optional excursions during the cruise itself. Took the time to check everything out including talking direct to cruise company.
