Excellent Customer Service
I usually deal with Vicki as she is excellent at her job. Vicki was unavailable on this occasion so Holly was the one who helped. She was very friendly and professional. She managed to get me a fantastic deal for our family holiday to Majorca. I would highly recommend Hays in Broughty Ferry and we will definately use them in the future.

Great overall customer service
Ellena, who we’d never met before, greeted us on entering the shop and we very quickly felt comfortable with her. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful as she understood our needs. She was very friendly, while remaining professional, had a great customer service manner, and she spent time with us to find a solution and a holiday which ticked all the boxes.

Manager Vicky was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping us book our P&O cruise. Explaining the drinks package and the new all inclusive package, so we could make an informed decision. Love this branch, Vicky and her staff are all very polite and helpful.

Great service! I had been looking for a 4 day break online for hours and had a sore neck and tired. Then I thought I would go through a travel agent as I couldn't face going online again. I phoned Hays in Broughty ferry and got an assistant called Holly. Im so glad I went through this agency. She found me a lovely break and jt was cheaper than I could ever imagine. I will continue now, to book all my holidays from Hays. Brilliant service!!!!!

I was lucky enough to get the wonderful Clare who we feel is our personal TA! Cheerful, friendly, informative, knowledgable and wouldn’t let me book until I signed up for a BLUE LIGHT CARD so that I could make several hundred pounds saving. Got the holiday we wanted and a joyful experience. Not rushed. Felt as if she was only there to look after me! Superb!
