I cannot fault the service that I received from Lydia. What she wasn't sure about, she asked a colleague who was able to support her with the answer. I have found that everyone in Hays, Kingswood are great. They are very attentive to your needs.

I gave Lydia a task and a half to complete and she took on the task with a big smile and said that she would get right on the work and would be contacting me with the results as soon as possible.

Lydia (and her colleagues) are so easy to talk to and very welcoming, big smiles as you walk in, even if they are serving other customers.

I wanted to extend a booking I had made and also wanted to change the flights. It ended up that the package didn't even look the same than the one I had initially booked. I apologised to Lydia for this and she just smiled and said that it wasn't a problem, and that she would deal with it, sort it out for me, and let me know when it was finished.

Then I asked her about another holiday and asked what she knew about it because we were a little reluctant due to the price. It was a beautiful cruise on the Rhine. Lydia had actually been on this cruise and told me a huge amount and answered every question that I put to her; she even showed me some photo's of the cabin because I had asked about size etc. We spoke about the best place to get a cabin, top, middle or bottom. She gave me her suggestion and told me why she had selected it and I accepted it straight away, it made a huge amount of sense.

The service I receive at Hays, Kingswood is always outstanding. It's a very happy workplace, very helpful staff, very cheerful staff. I used to go elsewhere, but wouldn't dream of doing it now. Two of my friends went to Hays because of our glowing report, and they were really pleased with their service.

Keep up the good work team, you are amazing.
