Jane was excellent as usual. Explained everything. Helpfull, friendly, knowledgeable. Found what we required and gave advice and options. Second booking this year.

We knew where and when we wanted to go and Jane was really helpful searching the best deal for us. She made it really easy for us to arrange our travel insurance and booked our flight seats. She answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for her, she did not rush us even though the shop was busy. We are always really happy with Hays Travel which is why we always return.

We popped into the Hays Travel branch in Kingswood, Bristol on 9th July 2026 to book our trip to New Zealand for February 2027, and we couldn't have asked for better help.

Lydia looked after us and spent a full three hours getting our itinerary just right, booking our flights to New Zealand and the internal flights from Tauranga to Queenstown, all built around an itinerary we'd already started putting together ourselves. We're visiting family while we're out there too, so Lydia worked hard to make sure the trip fitted around those plans as well. She also sorted our car hire and hotels, working with Paul at Vista to tie it all together.

Catherine, who's training at the branch, was involved throughout and did a great job, and Katie was in the branch too, adding to what was just a really friendly, welcoming visit.

Nothing felt rushed and no question was too much trouble. It's clear the team genuinely cares about getting things right for their customers.

Thank you to Lydia, Catherine and Katie for making the planning so enjoyable. We're already looking forward to continuing to work with the team as we prepare for our trip over the coming months.

Cruise Virgins here but Katie from Hays Travel Kingswood explained about the exclusive Hays Travel 3 night Iberian cruise from Southampton to Lisbon which is a great way to enjoy the full experience and see if this is a type of holiday you would enjoy in the future.
So we’ve booked and will combine the cruise with 2/3 nights in Lisbon before flying back.
Katie was brilliant at explaining everything involved and what was included in the price and we would highly recommend both Katie and this particular exclusive Hays Travel cruise in August 2027.

They listened to what we wanted from a holiday like where too,flight time etc . Then went through what was available and found a holiday we liked

Friendly staff, I told them where I wanted to go and what apartments I wanted, I was all sorted in 15 minutes👍🌞

I wish Katie Sullivan was there when we went to book, as she is very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
The person we were dealing with was i just felt like doing a basic job not very chatty no facial expression not very interested in what we were asking. Overall experience not very pleasant.
