When i walked in the branch at brighouse i was made to feel welcom and all the focus was on me and what i wanted. The lady that served me rememberd me from me booking a holiday august last year she had remembered my name and all my needs for me and my family. She got me the best deal she could and was very quick polite and efficient. Excellent service

Perfect every time
Whenever I feel that I need a holiday I immediately think of Hayes Travel. This time I wanted to book a villa holiday for next year. We are taking by daughter and her family so needed four bedrooms and at least two bathrooms. Rachel was brilliant- so professional and confident! She noted all the things I was looking for then offered me a good selection to look through. We have booked Portugal! Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, pool, close to the beach, bbq - just what we wanted. Thank you Hayes Travel - you make booking a holiday a pleasure.

Rachel and the girls at the Brighouse branch were amazing and extremely patient we had problems with the payment link but they didn’t give up on me I’ve only been abroad once before and it was a cruise my dads 81 and it’s in his words going to be a holiday of a lifetime for him and Rachel didn’t give up till she found us what we were looking for they all deserve a pay raise

Hays pot the detail.
I visited with an exact holiday in mind. Staff member found the holiday but spotted what I had not spotted. The price quoted only included hand luggage. I’m not sure I would have spotted this. Well done Hays.
