Didn't explain what some things meant. We booked a cruise and didn't understand some of the wording in the itinerary but didn't realise till we got home. Just felt a bit rushed in hindsight, wasn't necessarily looking out for the best deal for us I felt afterwards. Didn't get onboard credit wasn't explained why.
