Excellent communication throughout MOT and service. I had text reminders and a phone call to remind me about the upcoming work.
Lauren at Maidstone called me when I needed to pick up the car and went over the issues. When I did pick up the car, she further explained what work might be needed at the next service which was much appreciated as I have little understanding about cars. She explained that a few amber issues did not need to be addressed straightaway. Other staff were also very friendly and helpful. Staff even washed my car too.
Communication has vastly improved as a few years ago, my husband, was regularly contacted about the MOT even though I was the owner and had left my contact number and email.
Many many years ago, the mechanics gently laughed at me for thinking I had a problem with reverse lights and they had to explain there was only one. I was mortified.
But today, I did not feel at all trepidatious. Haynes is always very reliable and I would highly recommend.

The software update took longer than anticipated as I was waiting for the vehicle.

My Ford Puma was recalled for some work, scheduled in to a time that suited. I opted to wait whilst it was being done. I was 15 mins early for the appointment, but there was a nice place to wait in a lovely air conditioned room. Within 15 mins my keys were handed back to me, informing me that the work was all complete. So i was in and out before the scheduled booking in time. Fantastic service.

Efficient, on time, good manners.

I received a letter in the post about the fuel line recall, I was advised to book the car in with my local dealer which is Haynes of Maidstone.
I gave the service department a call, they booked it in on a Saturday morning which was very helpful for myself as I need a car to travel to work.
I Dropped the car off on Saturday
morning to be rectified & within a couple of hours I received a call to advise me that the car was ready to collect.
I can't fault the level of service that I received, very happy customer.

Always polite and friendly and give the heads up if extra works needed or advised. Been using this branch for years now and had my first van with them. Found the history of this site very interesting too!

No courtesy vehicle was initially offered to me until I made a complaint to ford customer service, considering my vehicle was brand new. When I got my car back my centre console rubber mate was down passenger door well, and my car wasn’t wash .

Kelan the service advisor was a pleasure to deal with ,kept me updated re the time my car could be collected. The overall service was exceptional. Will definitely use again. Left me complete confidence that they resolve issues rather than make up problems that don’t exist.

No fuss dropping off the day before its service, kept informed on the day of service with a video of the work carried out on my Transit Custom.
Picked up the same day, so only one days loss of work for my small business.
