Great experience with the company, offer of getting a free boiler with affordable monthly repayment, including: yearly service plan, cover for repairs on boiler, pipes and radiators. Great customer service experience, always there's someone to talk to on phone. Repairs/service we done in good time and professionally done. I had wonky pipes, which they sorted out with only an extra charge. Recommend this company!

Hassle free boilers over the last 10 years have always responded quickly to any maintenance or questions about the boiler.
I have recently engaged them on my account and their prompt response on email and telephone has been outstanding 10/10.
Today I spoke with Pauline who excelled in dealing with any of my questions “ Excellent”
Finally when I look back at the installation 10years ago the job of taking out the old boiler from inside the bungalow and installing the new boiler into the garage was completed without any hassle.

Kind and efficient! Solved an issue in record time even though it was historical and with limited information.
Valliant boiler fitted by them and 11yrs later is still working very well.

we had our Boiler fitted with this company many many years ago after a seven year gap in total of our boiler not being serviced and then last a guy came out in the van had a look at my Boiler messed about with a few buttons left a massive leak on my brand-new kitchen surfaces which I emailed them about over and over again and they did nothing about so I cancelled the monthly payments as there was a seven year gap in my servicing. They left a leak. They never came back to repair now I am receiving threatening emails from them threatening emails don’t scare me in any way at all but do not use this company under any circumstances. They do not know what they are talking about or doing. They try to get round it by sending you threatening emails which has not worked for me.

Really wouldn’t recommend to any one, service was great to start with but quickly went downhill. On contract to have yearly services which didn’t happen, apparently even though we signed up to have them contact us for an appointment, which they did for the first few years, we were supposed to contact them. When trying to contact by phone it was impossible to get an answer.
Boiler often gets fault numbers and stops working properly … again good response the first few times but a battle to get any help after, we are still waiting for a part now and that was months ago.
Overall the service was appalling and although we upheld our side of the contract they certainly didn’t uphold theirs!

Very quick, tidy and efficient boiler installation. Customer service has been really excellent especially over the last two years. They organised engineer and servicing appointments quickly and answered my queries quickly.

It would have been a very different rating 3 months ago but my faith (and boiler) has now been restored by Dan and Trudie who not only went the extra mile but didn’t try and fob me off with false promises.
I have been a customer for several years and had started to notice a change in the customer service i.e having to ring up to book a service and then having to chase when there were ‘no show’ appointments.
Having spoken to the engineer Dan about the work that needed doing to my heating system, I then had a lengthy conversation with Trudie who then reassured me that everything would be rectified on my next appointment.
I’m happy to say that she was true to her word. Thank you Hasslefree - your excellent customer service is welcomed back!

I took out a 12 year contract which included a new boiler, yearly service and repairs when needed. To get a service or a repair you have to ring them several times with out response, email them several times with out response. The whole thing was depressing, going weeks without heating or hot water. To cap it all I got letters from a collection agency saying I owed HFB 100s of pounds of dept even though they were taking my direct depit every month. I'm just glad my 12 years of torture is nearly over. Join this company at your peril

Awful experience. Hard to get hold of, increase in payments and restrictions on mortgage so lenders were put off when I wanted to remortgage. I wish I’d had the money to buy a new boiler as it would have saved me thousands of pounds over the 10 years I’ve been paying ‘hassle (free) boilers

Hassle Free boilers came to our rescue in a very cold November some years ago when, ten days after our wedding, our old boiler broke down.

Having just spent all our savings on the wedding and just back from honeymoon, we were eager to find a service that could not only replace our boiler but improve on the Service. All without having to find £££ 'down th eback of the sofa' or, worse, max out a credit card...

...Within two days we had had three quotes and options to move the boiler to a more sensible location, within three days it was all done.

We have sinc e recieved excellent support and service ont he two occaisions the boiler has had minor issues. Regular annual servcies have also been brilliant.

Hassle Free Boilers contract all the work out to local trusted experts and we have had the same engineer service our boiler for many years now.

All of thsi with no massive up-front payment, just a regular direct debit.

In over 4 years I have never had the boiler serviced as per the agreement when I signed up. I have had to chase multiple times. Those that have picked up the phone have been polite but all have been idle promises. I finally got some one to service the boiler but have been left with no hot water for over 2 weeks. I have to boil a kettle to give the kids a bath!! Complete lack of care and professionalism.

We chose HFB because we couldn't buy out right, they were helpful and it was arrange very quickly no hassle. Service done each year, the company are not on your back trying to sell your more you are free to enjoy your new boiler, ours was moved to make more convenient, than you.

the service and communication I've had with Hassle free has been second to none superb service from the staff and service engineers.
looking forward to using them again for a service in December.

Excellent service.
Installation was quickly arranged and carried out to a very high standard. Since then the included boiler / central heating cover and annual service has been a real winner for piece of mind.
I have called them out a couple of times for heating issues with the original heating system (pipework and radiator valves) - each time they have delivered a good quality service.

I had a fantastic experience with Hassle Free Boilers for my new boiler installation. We a had a new boiler fitted via pay monthly scheme as we was unable to buy a boiler outright. The process was very easy to complete and the installation was a smooth transition. The engineers was polite, friendly and very clean while working. We have been with this company for 6yrs and never had a problem with the boiler and have it serviced by them every year under the contract. Great customer services and after care. would defo choose Hassle free boilers again when the situation arises.

Always had great service here. Have had 2 boilers with them, in 2 different properties and never had issues with service or maintenance of boiler.
Great cost effective way to not only get a new boiler, but also have the piece of mind it will be serviced and repaired if needed.
