if you buy from this store your stupid i am regretting this store is fake does not even exist stuff comes from china and i get the same message every time

I ordered the lint remover, never got it. sent them an email and never got a reply. Facebook should start monitoring scams from advertisers. Protect your people facebook!

I would have given 0 stars if possible. I ordered the gel pens, and had to put the pens together myself!!! and I only received 9 pen parts for 2 packages of ink cartridges!! And on top of it all, they write like crap!! This is a huge scam.

Never received my order but credit card was charged. This is an international scam

I ordered 48 gel pens the site misleadingly raves about. It took 2 months to get my order, and then it was a cheap bunch of pen inserts — that you cannot hold. They included five plastic pen holders — five. For 48 pens. And, the gel is garbage too. Same quality that you’d find at a convenience store. Junk, junk, junk. When I posted to warn others, they blocked me. I can’t believe companies like this exist.

I ordered a Marvel Super Heroes Avengers Infinity War Corvus Glavie Thresher Attack building blocks. What I received was a cheap chinese knockoff. The blocks came in a baggie with no instructions. There was no packing slip or instructions on how to return product. I sent an email saying this was not the item I had ordered & wanted instructions on how to return item. It took two emails & 2 months before they responded. I was given a China address to return the item & it would be at my expense. I will never order from Harry’s Toy Store again. When I placed the order, it appeared I was ordering from the store in Indiana. This is nothing but a scam. I would not give one star, but had to in order to be able write review

BUYER BEWARE. Do not use this site.

This store sells counterfeit Chinese knock-off Lego. It arrives unboxed and in unnumbered bags. The instructions are in Chinese. The adverts are misleading, but stop short of saying that the set is actually Lego - we bought quickly and are now regretting it as we have a very upset child whose faith in mankind is somewhat dented - he spent his own holiday money buying this set, which he has wanted for a long time.

We have not even attempted to get a refund because we have assumed that it won’t work, so can’t make any comment on their customer service.

I never actually received the item and it's been 5 months

HORRIBLE

First time I shop at Harrytoystore. Ordered a bunch of water balloons, much cheaper than other stores, will be fun this summer for the kids.

The toy was for my Grandson. His smile was awesome and Iam very happy with the service and the product, would have to give six stars.

I placed an order 3/18/2019, this is now 04/13/2019 & I have not received the order nor have I received any correspondence, except to say the order had shipped. I will not be ordering from them again.

This is my only experience with this company.

Excellent service, The product arrived within nine days, and I saved a lot of money. I will buy from them again.

As others have said, the order was several weeks late, and it was a counterfeit set of Legos that eventually did get delivered. The company was very poor in their correspondence during the delay. I'd give zero stars if I could. Do not support them.

Fake legos that came in a plastic bag. It arrived a month and a half after the order was placed.

Unable to communicate with Company. They mask their company as in the USA or UK or Australia but its a Chinese warehouse. Most customers never receive the items they purchase and have to dispute with their bank or PayPal. BAD COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM......

Absolutely awesome. I ordered a gift online and was very pleased, products are in good quality for what you’re paying for. Will gladly use again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks folks

We love the Millennium set that we bought from you. Our little boy was so excited when he saw it.However 2 bricks for the ship weren't included (or missing). It wasn't major so we are still happy with the purchase, this is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Thank you!

Thanks, My 2 year old grandchild is very happy with the doll that I ordered online. I received wrong item first from Harrytoystore, but they happily solved my problem. And they sent the replacement. Recommend this place to anyone with babies, kids, nephews, niece, adult kids etc..

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. They seem like over generalizations of individual experiences. I am very happy with product, price and one amazing service. I never experienced the horrible customer service staff that everyone talks about.

From the time I had placed and order online, NO problems as all. Thank you guys so much for an awesome product and helpful service. Will use you guys again and again.
