Harley Body Clinic Omdömen 

Reschedule 3 times , never met the surgeon , never call you back , hardly answer the phone .
Was told I had to pay full amount before surgery , which I did . A week before due surgery there was no communication, eventually they answered the phone to be told that the machine had broken for the lipo suction & I would have to reschedule again , which I then said I wanted a full refund & theatened them with small claims court , they then thankfully refunded all the money .
Do not use them , they are cheap for a reason !

I didn’t even get to have my surgery as the consultation with the patient coordinator was shockingly bad. They took my deposit and said they would give me a date and that they would follow up with me within 24 hours. After that time I had to chase up to check for an update but again they said to give them another 24 hours. At this point i was fuming so I asked to give my refundable deposit back. They said they would process it within 48 hours, I checked my account and nothing. Called them up and told them I would be getting my bank involved and only then did they refund my deposit. Plenty of other clinics who use the same doctors anyway.

Definitely do not recommend!

I'm interested in getting Vaser lipo and so far things its not looking so good, in fact the more i try to research this company the more i become afraid. I went to the website looked at there procedures and noticed that they do Vaser lipo for £2,600 two area in Newcastle which was great and a very good price. - harleybodyclinic.co.uk/

I tried to book a consultation but was left waiting then when i complained to Alison, a person called Ferdinand emailed me. Now i would have thought a large company like this would have plenty of staff to sort out bookings, appointments and admin stuff and so far Alison and Ferdinand are the only people i can email. Most if; not all Emails have been strange like its pre-filled out /copied and pasted and then text edited. This does not fill me with confidence or make it feel personal. it feels like they dont have time and just copy paste and edit where need.

The website states that the place i went to The Harley body clinic is a Subsidiary of the Harley cosmetics group/ The Harley medical Group and the address is 57 Harley street but when i went there the company on the door is BE cosmetics??? i was confused by this but thought maybe its a company that shares the building with Harley body clinic. When i entered the receptionist didnt care or ask for my name or information he just said ''you have an appointment'' I said ''yes'' and he replied ''Waiting room please'' and pointed to the waiting room. Posters in the waiting room and books that had Be cosmetics written on it had been crossed out with a pen, which was concerning and i ended up waiting and waiting and even 15mins in to the appointment i was booked for, i waited for a woman to come to me and ask again if i had an appointment. i said 'yes' and she left. Now normally i'd be getting angry at this point but it was a free consultation i decided to wait but i wasn't asked what my name was? nothing?

When i was taken up stairs to the top floor it was a room that didn't seem to fit ( i cant explain it ) but it didnt seem like they belonged there. NOW on my way down when walking to the place i noticed that there was a lot of Harley medical group names on the buildings and number 61 Harley street was under construction so thought ''hey maybe there sharing the building with company be cosmetics, not the other way around'' it would explain why they didnt seem to fit or look in place in the room. As a surgeon of a place that charges thousands for a procedure and has to work everyday i expected him to have a nice office Not have me sitting in a dentist style cosmetic room that looked more like a room for lip and face procedures. I dot know the name of the doctor or the woman they where not given. I spoke to them and asked questions which he answered but again i didnt feel safe.

If i was a doctor or a surgeon explain a procedure or area i was going to work on for me its the thighs i wouldn't sit with my legs open and constantly keep touching myself and rubbing that area. The first time i was like yep thats my problem area i cant lose that stubben area of fat that sits on the inner thigh and outer. but then he kept doing it and doing it and doing it rubbing his inner thighs and pressing right up in to his groin area that i had to for the rest of the consultation look directly at this eyes and not break eye contact because it was scaring me and not appropriate as i want my thighs treated not my hip/ groin.

The consultant end i had my questions answered but felt uneasy i still wish to book to get the procedure done but the more i research about the subsidiary company and read the reviews the more afraid i get. i have tried to call the company on its 02032900275 number and it continues to ring out again something that does not sit right for a large cosmetics company that should have receptionist on duty in normal working hours?

£2600 is a lot of money to give to a company that doesn't have an about page on the subsidiary website or info on the surgeon - website i gave at the start of this review- Doesn't answer the phone when called or have proper admin staff and leaves you waiting hours if not days for an email back; doesn't have a proper receptionist and doesn't follow or try to stick to appointment times.

Oh and only takes instance bank transfer as its only method of payment surely a cosmetic company takes more than one method of payment?? right?

I am conflicted and Worried about what i should do now and if i should even have the Vaser lipo with them or find another company.
