Hans Place, Dr Comins and the team come with my highest recommendation. I recently had Vaser Lipo to my abdomen and inner thighs from start to end the level of expertise, service and care was outstanding. During every interaction the team made sure to put me at ease and answer my questions, I felt confident and safe in their care. Dr Comins was excellent at listening to me in terms of what I was trying to achieve and making pragmatic recommendations to achieve the best outcome. One-week post-surgery the results are utterly amazing, the detailed post-surgery guidance and calls from Dr Comins and the team was a huge reassuring factor.

I really couldn’t recommend Dr Mike Cummins and his team more. I had Vaser Lipo on my inner and outer thighs, and knees. I have received impeccable service, care and thought for my well being from start to finish. I felt very comfortable with Mike from the start who has a wonderful bed wide manner whilst being extremely professional.

Throughout the procedure he kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and okay. And since Saturday he has called himself to check on my after care and progress.

Exceptional care and service. I can’t wait to see the results in a few months time. In the meantime. I am following all advice provided by the Clinic.

Had vaser lipo of the abdomen yesterday with Dr Mike!

In the lead up I spoke to the lovely Kele frequently to get booked in. She made the entire process seamless, including going through all of the Covid precautions.

Shazia at reception was lovely and welcoming on arrival.

During surgery I opted for oral sedation so was awake, and Dr Mike, Kelly and the other nurse whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, were so lovely and attentive! They asked throughout if I was ok, and we even had some lighthearted banter during the op!

Everything went smoothly and within 2 hours I was on my way home.

Fantastic customer service, super attentive and friendly - exactly what you need when you’re nervous and have never had any cosmetic procedure done!

I waited for a few months to post an accurate review on my vaser treament and results with Dr Comins at Hans Place in February 2020.

Highly professional, respectful and consistent. There was always someone available for to speak to me regardless of the circumstances.

From the first meeting in Nov 2019 until my procedure date, in Feb 2020 Dr Comins and his team have been welcoming and professional .

Dr Comins provided a thorough understanding of what was required pre/post operatively.

I have a disability, Dr Mike carried numerous checks before committing to my treatment, whichade me feel safe and that he cared about my wellbeing, including having me meet with the anesthetist before the procedure which provided a secondary check.

Post op.

Dr Comins has an outstanding beside manner and he contacted me within 24hrs of the proceedure.

The team at Hans have been available despite of the COVID 19, I still was given first class follow up care.

Dr Comins pride in his work and expertise has been reflected in my results, exceeding my expectations.

I look great and my clothes fit wonderfully.
I feel confident again.

I had VASER Liposuction by Mike Comins in Jan and the results have ruined my body. I’m very upset and have complained but Mike hasn’t cared to book me in to discuss the revision he promised to do in Aug. I’m now taking legal advice. The worst regret and disappointment was going to this clinic which has provided nothing but distress to me from the beginning. Also this doctor gets angry from time to time when you ask questions. Just be aware.

My reply to Dr Comins. It’s clear that Dr Comins is justifying his outbursts of anger by implying that I caused his staff ‘distress’ where I now have made legal requests to support his claims. I have since called and spoken to his PA Shazia to ask why she’s saying I’m causing her upset, she made excuses she’s ill, I’m stopping her from doing her work and stuttered as I called her out and then she hung up the phone on me. The fact is his false promise in May of booking me in for a review in July has not materialised because the clinic booked other patients ahead of me as Dr Comins did not care to follow up his review.

My results are so bad I can’t look at my body anymore. I’m fatter than I was before with saggy skin and lumps. There is a lot of unevenness and sagginess in my upper and lower back. My lower hip has one side sticking out than the other and my right arm has a ball of fat at the top - see the picture in my profile and you’ll see the lump on my back too.

It seems that for a surgeon who has done over 4,000 surgeries the results of mine are extremely poor and one would have thought that would suffice an effort to see why. Furthermore not only did the nurse ask me to turn around on the surgical bed when I woke up with a needle in my hand which she failed to check, but I also did not have adequate dressing given to take home that evening causing me extreme panick from excessive bleeding. I was told by Dr Comins it was in the terms that I had to buy the dressing and this simply was not true. Each time the surgery fails, I’m blamed for their actions, I believe this is called gas lighting.

For all the words given, the actions did not meet those promises.

Please, please don’t make the same mistake I did trusting this clinic as the best. They really aren’t and now I have to go elsewhere to see if at all the mess on my body can be fixed.

Excellent, friendly, so professional, caring I could go on but summarizing just a great service with and excellent results.
Also have to mention the staff are just fabulous and so efficient and kind and Dr Comins is THE first doctor who has ever called to check on the aftercare and both he and Vicky were fabulous. Don't think about going anywhere else folks. xxxxx

Having come in after previous clinics promised and did not deliver I had a consultation with Dr Commins. His Manner is relaxing, yet very professional. Exercising is important!

I started researching Vaser Liposuction around 9 months ago, I exercise regularly and have a fairly good diet but I struggle with my upper/lower abdomen and upper/ lower back never looking the I want them to. I did a lot of research into the procedure, different Doctors, clinics and visited several for Consultations. Dr Comins introduced Vaser Lipo into the UK over 15 years ago, is also an Advanced Trainer, the clinic is CQC Registered (this is a regulating body that registers and inspects GP Services, Dentists Hospitals etc to check that they are safe and running appropriately) and he has so many fantastic reviews. I felt very comfortable with Dr Comins during our Consultation, I explained that a smaller/tucked in waist was really important to me and took some wish pics in, he explained what was realistic with regards to the results I could expect. Another factor for me is that Dr Comins uses local anaesthetic with oral/intravenous sedation rather than a general anaesthetic, I feel that a general carries more risks and can, in my opinion, make your recovery harder. It also means that if a "tweak" is needed after 6/12 months (this can be required after any procedure to give the best results) he can easily offer that. I spoke to Dr Comins and for personal reasons, I didn't want to have any form of sedation, just the local anaesthetic, Dr Comins said that he was happy to do that and if I wasn't comfortable during the procedure we could stop and reschedule. I was pretty nervous leading up to the procedure which I imagine most people are. Vicky, Dr Comins Assistant was on hand to contact with any questions, I also had a really nice email from Dr Comins after my Consult so I asked him one or two questions directly too, he answered quickly. On the day of my procedure, Dr Comins put me at ease straight away and during the procedure, there was no pain, a few odd sensations here and there but I was surprised that nothing was painful. Dr Comins checked if I was in any pain constantly throughout the procedure and I felt completely at ease. Natalja assisted him throughout and was so lovely too. Mike is absolutely professional, you can tell that he knows exactly what he's doing, is confident but also kind and friendly with it. I was sore post-procedure which I expected, however most Clients will be given strong painkillers which I didn't want, I only had paracetamol and my pain was completely bearable. I stayed in London overnight in a hotel and had my first MLD massage at Hans Place the day after, Dr Comins also checked that everything was looking ok before I travelled home. I felt able to drive two days after the Vaser and went back to work on day 5 (I have a desk job). After 2 weeks I was training in the gym again (lightly at first)! I had another check-up with Dr Comins yesterday at 8 weeks and I'm so pleased with the results already. My Clothes fit me the way I've always wanted them to, my waist is tucked in and much smaller and my abs are starting to come through! I have a holiday in two weeks and I'm feeling comfortable about the way I'll look in my bikini for once. Dr Comins said that the improvements will continue and at my next check-up in two months the results will be even better, also if there's anything we're not happy with at 6 months we can look at a small tweak. Dr Comins is a fantastic Doctor and Perfectionist with a really nice bedside manner, If I decide to have anything else done in the future it will be with Dr Comins.

I had mid def Vaser on the abdomen,flanks outer thighs and will have inner done in the next few weeks
I’m happy with results so far but I know it takes a while to see the full effect
The staff are lovely at the practice including Kelly the nurse and nick the anaesthetist ( pay for the sedation)
It is painful the day after but not unbearable just difficult to sit up and get comfy
Mikes customer service is exceptional and the follow up care has been great
