Late delivery
Sorry guys, I didnt even get the coffee yet so cant really score the taste - I hope it will be great - but on the website you guys are saying 2-3 working days shipment yet here we are, ordered on 22nd of may and only today i actually got email saying 'congratulation we shipped your parcel' i mean... 7 days to send a parcel?

We fully understand your frustration — your order was placed just before the Bank Holiday, which unfortunately caused some disruption with dispatch and Royal Mail tracking updates. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - when the first order didn't reach me, Jess was very quick to resolve the issue and resent the order which was received promptly. I am very impressed with this company and will look to order from them in future.
I've not tried the coffee as it was a gift but been told by the recipient the mocha is delicious!

Great variety of flavours
Great variety of flavours, the ones I have tried so far have been very tasty. The cost is reasonably high compared to coffee that I have bought elsewhere. But due to the taste and variety I would probably buy again.
I use a Timemore esp cs3 grinder, and make either espresso type or Americano using an Aero press, the result is a very tasty drink.
Specifically I have tried chocolate hazelnut beans and vanilla hazelnut decaf so far
