The whole experience was great from start to finish. Ordered what I needed and got what I ordered.

Quality door and easy to install. Only downside, no glue provided to install the carpet.

It is made very solid. Two dogs went through it at the same time and there was no damage to the pet door but the whole screen door came off.

Firstly, the pet door is fantastic and give it 5 stars however the less can be said of the customer service. You place the order and don't get any updates to inform you that the door has to be manufactured first before it is shipped. So it takes much longer than simply the shipping time, so don't order if you need one quickly.

Had a Hale pet door in our current house. We are building a new house and didn't even x consider a different door.

This was my second purchase of a Hale Dog Door. Loved the first one and when we moved to a new home, had to get a new one. I have a doberman and a doberman/shephard mix and they love using the dog door. Even though screen door mounted, it works great! Easy to clean to keep looking new.

I have a Hale pet door. I've had it for years. Recently my not very responsible daughter locked my Belgian Sheppard outside while she decided to exercise on the treadmill. The dog wasn't having any of it and tried to pull a well used flap off the door. The next day I was able to order a new flap from Hale. It fit perfect. I's nice to know the company is there to provide spare parts when they are needed.

The best endorsement I can give is: If I ever need a new dog door, it will be from Hale. I expect that will be when I change houses, as the existing one is really well made.

I still have the paperwork from the Hale door I bought in 1999 for my Portuguese Water Dog! Liked it so much I bought a second one for out bedroom slider screen. We are still using both of them! Today we are about to install our third. Great product! Lasting quality. Easy to install. All three of my dogs over the years have used them, loved them.

pet door gives our girl the freedom to come and go as she pleases. Opens
to back yard which is all fenced and we close when it gets dark. In winter we don't leave it open all day ,but enough hours to give her freedom.
