Absolutely shocking service from this estate agents had an appointment at 12:30 today for Michael to come and view a property there was no communication from him or the company in the end we waited 2 hours with nothing still. After calling haart they advised the appointment had been cancelled which hadn’t been by us so they had cancelled and not advised us. We have drive up from Essex as this is my late father’s property and after it already being a stressful time haart did not make it any easier. If I could give -5 stars I would.

This truly is the worse rental company I have leased my house through, truly unprofessional and incompetent, they only want your money they avoid any issues you raise as an owner and use incompetent workman to resolve issue they and the clients generate.
DO NOT USE THEM TO RENT YOUR HOUSE.

All team members were very helpful and efficient, but I must praise Nicola, especially, and Lily for their support. They assisted me with professionalism, patience and persistence on my behalf. I view them as 'go to' people if I need their services in future.

I was selling my house in Bristol and the Estate Agent I originally chose was not very positive with regards to viewings or communication. They proposed a drop in price following a perceived lack of interest and offers considerably below the new reduced price were rejected by me, Thomas Newson-Taylor from Haarts contacted me stating that they had noticed the property had been on the market for some time without interest and asked if they could help. After meeting him to discuss Haarts terms I agreed to instruct them in the sale, and within a short time offers of interest were received which led to the successful sale above asking price.

Lets hope their customer service is better than the irresponsible attitude of a member of staff this evening who was driving at excessive speeds and undertaking, trying to push in on numerous vehicles across Cumberland Basin and South Bristol link road at around 6pm, presumably because they felt they had a right to get home quicker than other drivers on the road. Got good dashcam footage and vehicle registration so hope a manager might pick this up and have a word. Selfish and reckless as well as lacking common sense to do that in a vehicle covered in their logo! On this evidence, I certainly wouldn’t trust them to sell my property and act with integrity.

Worst letting agency experience ever, avoid like the plague!! Daughter rented for 2 years with her friend at uni, kept the place gleaming. From day 1 serious issues such as broken appliances and non flushing toilets went unanswered for weeks, reported serious mould in bathroom which has impacted my daughter's health massively, due to an extractor fan which makes noise but goes nowhere... repair man even said beyond her control when he eventually showed. Left the place spotless at the beginning of July and still haven't received back any of our deposit.. looking on here this is a pattern, absolute gangsters and quite rude at times with it! Regulator should be stepping in here to shut down unethical practices.

The feedback is for Thomas NewsonTsylor from sales. Thomas makes the process individual focused and follows up any issues raised. He is honest and trustworthy I give him 5stars !

I’ve been a landlord paying £200 a month to Haart to fully manage my property since July 2024.

And one thing is for sure they are Not sorry to see you go. See tone of last sentence of this email sent my Melissa. They’re literally saying go else where. No retention of staff (2 have left already) and no retention keenness for landlords.

There are no issues my side I cannot speak for sales though like I said before they are not in my team, we work completely separately and are on separate systems, I can only apologise on their behalf that they were not able to value your property I can report your dissatisfaction to their director if you wish?

Property visit -
Ida was great when she visited the property. She was helpful with some things we were struggling with in the house. She was gentle with her explanation which seems nice. But we would appreciate urgent response to all the repairs which were noted by Ida noting that most of these repairs has been there since the beginning of our tenancy. Haart is doing well but they can do better in the services provided like
1)Give reports to Tenant as well after property visits.
2)Key handing over should be with an agent at the property so that if there is any issues it will be raised immediately.
3) Ensure repairs are done after viewing before Tenants moves in.

I have bought and sold multiple homes over the years and this was my first time using hearts. I am really impressed with the way they operate. instead of just popping it on to the standard platforms and lazily waiting for the house to sell itself they really go to work.
I moved over from a different agent on this house and received multiple offers over and above the asking price in the same time it took the original agents to call me back with a Valuation.
all of the people I have dealt with have been exemplary

I have been informing you since October about the gas which is the most dangerous but you still say (sorry to hear this) that it has yet to be fixed or that some inspection has yet to be done…
Water is getting into the room from the rain (we are reporting this to you, your answer is (sorry to hear it), buy a cheap spray from the supermarket!!!

And here we go December I inform you that the children's room smells like someone has died and you tell me( sorry to hear it, spray some spray for the humidity and open the windows, fortunately you had to inform me about the windows that they open!!!!
But the best thing is you never answer the phone I have everything on the camera you say today we will come and do it for you and then you say after Christmas.
But when you want new buyers to come, you want us to open the door for you for your own benefit…
Unfortunately, the dignity and health of my children costs 1£ and your own pocket for your own benefit costs as much as the value of the house is 1,500,000£

Haart property management look after my property , but god help you if you have a problem nobody answers the phone or replies to emails and I pay for this bad service 🤬

I am appalled at the service I have received by Haart.

They have allowed contractors into my rented property without any notice at all! Not only is this illegal but now my sister and I, who live together in the property, feel very very anxious that people will be given access to our property while we aren’t in and without our knowledge. It’s a massive invasion of privacy!
I’m almost positive this won’t have been the first time also.

They have been impossible to contact about this issue. We’ve had to contact another branch, who are being very helpful but also haven’t been able to get in contact with them!

However, like many other people, we’ve received one email in response being told the advisor who organised the contractors has now left and they have no more information about it. This is not an acceptable response! I am not confident they will ever take responsibility and contact us to work this out.

I recommend to stay as far away from this particular branch on Whiteladies Road!!!

I have had Haart as a letting agent for several years now. They have found me reliable tenants and have been very diligent in getting work done to my property when necessary. Melissa Chamberlain has been very good at communicating with both myself and my tenant, pro-active and helpful. As letting agents, I would recommend them.
