haart - Estate and Lettings agent Leicester Omdömen 

I was offered a free property appraisal by Haarts Estate agent and a representative visited my home in May 2026. I have been waiting since then for a valution report from them, despire me being the one to chase by calling Haarts over 6 times and also writing an email they have still not provided me the the report. If this is what they are like even before a prospective marketing process, then begs the question should they be trusted with the sale.of your property

Haart Leicester are very unprofessional & incompetent. They don’t turn up for 6 monthly checks. They try to claim more deposit from the tenant than is necessary. Communication is poor across all departments. I ended up communicating with my tenant direct to get honest answers from him as Haart were telling me one thing and him another. I’m so glad I have a new professional letting agent now.

In July 2026, The staff who related with me came across quite unprofessional and demeaning, he thought it will be a waste of his time viewing a house thinking I wont be able to afford it; this is to say the least. I was able to get a similar property through Fraser in the same area.

My experience with Haart has been extremely disappointing. My family has been without a reliable water supply for over five weeks, despite reporting the issue multiple times. During this period, we have had to rely on other tenants for water, even though we have always paid our rent on time.

Communication has been very poor. Calls are often not returned, updates are limited, and we have been left chasing for information instead of receiving proactive support. We have also reported damaged items and heating issues, but these have not been resolved satisfactorily.

I was particularly disappointed with how our concerns were handled. Rather than feeling supported, I felt that our complaints were not taken seriously and that we were treated unfairly after raising ongoing issues.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Haart as a letting agency. I hope they improve their communication, maintenance response times, and the way they treat tenants facing serious issues.

With my experience with Heart ,I can Thoroughly recommend their services. Julieann Jonas who was acting on behalf of Heart, was professional and knowledgeable and based on my personal experience, Heart have the team in place to take care of business. Well done Heart! and well done Julieann!

My experience dealing with Lynna Proctor at haart has been extremely disappointing.

I made genuine efforts to resolve a tenancy matter amicably and tried to communicate in order to reach a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the communication I received was dismissive rather than constructive.

When I asked for clarification and tried to come to a mutual agreement and mediate through the situation, I was told that no further communication would be responded to and that the matter would be left to the landlord’s lawyers. This approach felt unnecessarily confrontational and made it very difficult to resolve the issue reasonably.

She made it more encouraging to the landlord to put himself in paying large solicitor fees rather than working in a bona fide way and working in the best interest for both parties.

As a result of the way the situation was handled, I ultimately felt I had no choice but to raise a complaint with Leicester City Council.

Overall, the experience left me feeling that there was little willingness to assist in finding a fair solution or engage constructively to resolve the matter.

The rest of the team have been amazing and understanding. They have tried to do everything they can to help the situation however Lynna being a manager has made it very difficult

I would only recommend using this company if Lynna is not the property manager and this is for both landlord and tenants

Very sad and disappointing experience with Haart Residential Lettings.
A move-in date of 6 March 2026 was clearly agreed from the start, and we completed all required steps in good faith.
After weeks of consistent follow-ups up until 5 March 2026, there was no communication, we were suddenly told the agreed date could not be honoured.
This caused significant stress and disruption after we had already planned around their confirmed timeline.
We have now withdrawn and are awaiting our full refund — proceed with caution when dealing with this agency.

We had our house valued and decided that heart were the team for us , Georgia had knowledge of the local area and the right amount of experience to give us a realistic but very good valuation, Georgia was very polite and professional and was very helpful for any of the enquiries we had , then we quickly sold our house and all of the team have been great , thank you .

Absolutely shocking 5 months tied in with them hardly any communication very few viewings and they were a waste of our time 1 couple was expecting to view a 3 bedroom down the road but were sent to us instead and towards the end the area manager Daniel Ward dropped our asking price by 10.000 without our consent avoid this agent if you have any sense next stop property ombudsman to raise an official complaint i could say more but I would be here all day they also say you have enquiries but nothing happens so obviously not true they never answer the phone it goes through to head office wasted 5 months of my time and when I was upset cause the bungalow I was after was sold i just got told oh well there will be others.

We worked with Daniel ward from the haart leicester branch acting as our estate agent on our house sale and I cant say enough good things about him . Daniel was kind , respectful and professional throughout the whole sale process . He marketed the property at a competitive yet suitable price and sold our property in under a week of it being on the market . Furthermore, Daniel kept us in the know in terms of the buyers situation and helped arrange things such as pre exchange viewings in a quick yet proper manner . Furthermore, Laura and the whole move managing team were extremely good when dealing with our solicitors and made sure that their services were done quickly yet properly , assuring that our sale went through on the desired date . All in all , haart leicester have been excellent when dealing with us and I couldn't recommend them more !

My partner and I had a viewing today with a lovely fellow by the name of Liam, he was very approachable and honest, and we would be happy to have another viewing with him in the future.

Megan at Haart is dealing with my case. She organised the viewing, had offer accepted and made sure the house was removed from the market.
Communication has been very good, clear and prompt replies by email or phone call. Well done.

Lynna is a massive problem. She is malicious and petty, if she does not like you as a client she will go out of her way to make your life difficult. Employees leave because of her toxic behavior. Clients complain about being left on read for weeks, or not getting clear responses back that lead to more questions. This has been my experience with her also for nearly 11 months straight.
I have to make a formal complaint to her line manager just to get her to do something. Avoid her at all costs your mental health and stress levels will be better for it I promise you.

Called at 2:30pm on Friday 30th May 2025 (EA closes at 6pm) I asked for Rosie to call me back. By 6pm no call. 0*

Poor Communications within Haarts in Leicester...

I Contacted 4 weeks ago, 4 calls received from Haarts to arrange valuations. One appointments was booked BUT no one turned up. of 4 calls received, 2 calls received were after the appointment was scheduled a week ago.

Haarts, build up a courage to review your system ! and train your staff - The last one from a staff named A... & No ending.. 8002 and ask to stop being arrogant by slamming the phone down after tellin you the facts

PS : Would have loved to give a zero rating BUT no choice

Very keen to start with but hopeless going forward.
Very difficult to contact local office, for every time I phoned them I would get a reply eventually.Very little feedback or suggestions. Corporate company!

Jokers I would never use this company.
They never answer the phone and it gets connected to their head office,
No one ever gets back to you.

We have had a satisfied experience with Megan Ashfield in Haart Estate Agents sales team in 8Leicester. She has been very helpful and interested in her client's needs and making things easier for them.This experience we had when our property was on sale with them period around February March 2025
