haart - Estate and Lettings agent Harlow Omdömen 

I’m currently going through the process of an application for a property that haart are letting.
Halle from the Harlow branch has been absolutely lovely and so helpful.
She explained everything clearly and got the process moving so quick.
Everything has been quick and simple and I would definitely recommend haart in Harlow and Halle is a great asset to their branch.

The worst agency, avoid them! We have to wait for 8 months to buy a property with them. We spent money on a mortgage advisor, and we started the process with the lawyer (we spent £1000). In one word, we just waited for the completion day. In the end, they said that the property they were selling had tenants and did not want to leave the house. How can you post a house for sale if you do not have a document or something that proves that the tenants will leave the house in time? Our mortgage offer expired, and we are in the situation to take the process from the beginning. This is because we have been waiting for four months for a response from them. When you call them, they always are in meetings, and the only person who works there seems to be the phone assistant. He/She always has the same response, "they have a meeting". When you write an email, if you are lucky, you can get a response in two weeks. Lack of communication between managers and agents. Now, they post the house on the market again. Hope they solve the problem with the tenants. Their interest is just to make money, and it does, no matter how! Avoid this agency!

We sold our house with Haart and I can honestly say they were really good I’m an impatient person and they were very understanding answering all my questions. From the day that Christopher came around to value then Alex showing buyers and Chris and Cassie in the office. They all made you feel very relaxed and happy. Been in a new property for a week - the kitchen sink is literally falling down and Haart are being very relaxed in their approach. Not responding to calls & seeing the urgency.
Really disappointed as initial correspondence when they needed the business was excellent!

Be very careful dealing with Haart when using Flatfair deposit scheme. Haart will work with the landlord in order to claim as much as possible, even if they are false and unreasonable claims.

Haart waited an entire month after we moved out to submit claims to Flatfair, then try to claim we were delaying the process by negotiating claims on the Flatfair platform. So we were two months in after we moved out (1 month for them to submit claims and 1 month for negotiations). Because of this a “senior” management emailed us threatening us to accept all charges regardless if we didn’t actually cause the damage. They just wanted us to pay the landlord all of the claims without them providing evidence. Stuart then stated they will take us to court if we don’t agree.

From the time they submitted the claims we accepted the ones we were responsible for but the other 5 claims were completely false in nature. For example, we turned in every single key to agency then a month later they claim we didn’t turn all of them in. So they submitted a £100 charge for a key which we denied over and over. After we told them to look at their cctv they finally “found” the key. So I know they were negligent and tried to pass the blame on to us.

Also, the agency never conducted an inventory or inspection upon move in. Due to this they tried to claim things that were present during move in but they never checked at any time during the tenancy. We have emails asking for inspection but no one ever came. This became a back and forth for them to provide proof and all they provided was marketing photos. Which was just laughable since it showed nothing inspection photos would.

Since we were 2 months after we moved out and wanted to move on with our life. We offered an additional £255 just to get this over with. Basically stole this money from us. We were way to generous and should have just went the adjudication process and had them prove every single claim. The original claims submitted against us were in excess of £3k without proof, inspection or photos.

The agency is untrustworthy, unethical and unprofessional. The landlord at Moore House is greedy and had the backing of the agency to submit false claims. “Senior” Stuart is unprofessional and a bully. Stacey just sucks.

There is no misinformation mentioned at all in my review. Potential tenants should be aware of how the agency conducts business.
The agency did not provide any evidence for 5 claims as mentioned. Yes we did accept the charges solely to move on with ours lives. Also, because of the threat made by Staurt to take us to court. I clearly stated in the email we do not accept responsibility but willing to offer money to end the back and forth. In end you extorted money from us.

I really recommend Stacey Cordaroy , she is an excellent person, every time when I need help with the property she does an amazing work

Haart Estate Agents HARLOW Branch, I've been dealing with both Kristine and Cassie, they have both been brilliant from the start, they have been reassuring every step of the way and helping me over and beyond their duties, this process has been quite stressful for me as I no longer live in the UK so not being there to oversee things can be quite unnerving but having them both at the end of the email and phone has been a god send.
I could not recommend Haart Estate Agents HARLOW enough they’re a great team. I owe them both a nice bottle of wine as a thank you.

Never use this agency to rent a property. They gave previous tenants back their deposit before looking round the property. Lots of rubbish had been left in the garage and loft. Mo promised to remove it. He took some, and left the rest. He is rude, uncooperative and has no people skills. The tenants hated speaking to him, as did I . He should not be in that job. They take a lot of money from the landlord, and do nothing.

Joshua Parker a great member of the team i met at Harlow! It was a Saturday morning i really wanted the keys for my rental house, there was so much paper work to do and he literally tried is best to sort it out within an hour! He was so organised ,on time, friendly, polite team member. So delighted to have meet him made our day run easy and smooth, walked out happily.
