Overall an efficient and professional service, albeit rather expensive.
Special mention goes to Ken, Sarah and Rebecca at the Doncaster office, who supported me throughout, with good communication and a positive and helpful attitude.
Haart lose one star for the very slow issue of anything printed (which comes via central admin), for failing to notify me of a visit from the buyer's surveyor, and for their inability to arrange a critical visit from the buyer at short notice.
In summary, Haart are expensive but effective (mostly).

Sarah Banks and her colleagues at Haart must be commended on their superb professionalism and warm personal interaction with their clients. They made both the sale and purchase of property a complete pleasure and I unhesitatingly recommend this company and their team to all who wish to sell or purchase a property.

I cannot thank Sarah Banks @ Doncaster enough for being the most incredible Estate Agent for me to sell my house. She kept me up to date with what was going on throughout the process, and helped ensure things were moving along. Her friendly, upbeat attitude made something that could be very stressful feel far more manageable. It was a great comfort to know there was someone there to help who was easy to get in touch with whenever I had a question . Even though i did seem stroppy at times Sarah reassured me at all times that everything would be ok. My house has finally sold and Sarah got the best offer for me. Very aggressive sales tactics. My house is not listed with haart but with another agent and has been live for less than a week. I am very happy with the other agent. I viewed a house with haart, gave my feedback and thought that was it. I have since received daily phonecalls which I ignored as their number was flagged by my mobile as spam. when they finally left a message I called them back to be asked that they wanted to know how my sale was going and whether I was happy with my agent. I politely explained I was and again thought that was it, but oh no, got the same phonecall the very next day from haart. All sellers will be tied into some sort of contract so how haart believe they can help after only a week I'm not sure. They have clearly been told I dont wish to use them to sell but will consider properties they have for sale at which point I will request to view, yet they still continued to call. These aggressive sales tactics have put me off the agency even further.

Great customer service to start, good lines of communication, really positive. 3 months in this started to dwindle, had a viewing towards the end of October, nothing since. No communication until December.
Had new photos taken to be told they will do a video (not sure why this wasn't done in the beginning). Video was broken so was assured they would return. 2 weeks later I call to ask when this would be.
Put up with another local agent, sold in less than 4 weeks.
Had to call again today to ask them to remove from their site.
Expected so much more, all the right things said in the beginning but soon lose interest in you.
Feel really let down.

Poor communication, lazy advertising, zero effort.

We had three quotes and decided to choose Haart based on what they told us they offered. Ken is a great salesman who cannot deliver.

Our house sold but this was no thanks to Haart.

They said they could do the viewings but I did every one due to Haart’s lack of availability. Why offer it in the first place?

They never answer the phone so who knows how many potential buyers were missed. The couple who bought the house went direct to us due to poor communication from Haart.

Had to chase them every step of the way, never received updates. They will respond to emails if you send enough of them.

They rushed the advertisement so it went up without an EPC or floor plan. They said they could offer an EPC but it didn’t happen so I arranged my own as was fed up of waiting. The floor plan took a further 3wks and was taken from our houses previous sale some 11yrs earlier which I noticed as one of the doors was in the wrong place. Lazy.

We completed 3wks ago and I’ve not had a call or email, not even for a final invoice. Maybe they don’t know we’ve moved?

Simply rubbish.
