No order but took money
no response back to any of my emails since Thursday about my dress that hasn’t been sent out even tho the website states 48hours to receive a reply the customer service has been shocking would not recommend ordering from this company .

I can see that you placed an order on 16th July, and your order was delivered to you on 17th July. You had placed the order for the incorrect size so we arranged an exchange for you.
I can see that there was multiple email threads regarding this, and all emails were responded to within 2 working days except one where you had sent 2 emails on the same email thread. This is because when you email multiple times on the same email thread it pushes your original email to the back of the queue as we respond in date order going from oldest first.
I can see that you have received your exchange and I hope you love it.

Gorgeous Items
Placed 2 orders with Gypsabella, my first order arrived and wow it is stunning. Sadly a little too big so contacted the team and they kindly changed my 2nd order to the correct size and exchanged my first order to the size down aswell. Excellent customer service and the items I have received are stunning. Cannot wait for the next delivery to arrive and will definitely buy from this lovely little brand again. X

I can see from your email thread that there was confusion with your order. You requested to cancel your order, so it was cancelled and then you stated you didn't want to cancel you just wanted to know if it was possible. Due to this we stated that you could re-order and have the same pre-order date as your original order.
Due to this we had to print your label so we could adjust the dates on your item. When we print a label, this automatically issues a dispatch email to the customer. We explained to you that your order had not yet dispatched and the tracking would begin updating within the pre-order timeframe.
The delay in responding to emails is due to multiple emails being sent on the same email thread. This causes a delay because our email system only recognises your latest email, rather than your earliest email and we work in date order from oldest first.

Very Happy 10/10
I have bought quite a few things from Gypsabella over the years and I have not been disappointed with the quality or the sizing. They have lovely items and whilst I thought they were mainly for younger people, they suit all.
They wash great no issues, only once I have returned anything and no problem. Every email feels replied personal if you have a question.
I will continue to purchase and I am always looking on site for any new items that come up.
Ordering is fine and quick, so is delivery when items are in stock from pre-order items. Delivery is next working day usually and I have never been disappointment.

The experience has been poor from the start. I was sent the wrong items and then it has taken many emails over 4 weeks, I had to send the items back myself and pay for the return even though the items were incorrect, I did get this refunded however I still have not received my refund for the returned items and they were sent to them over 3 weeks ago. I would be cautious, not because they are a scam company but they don't have the infrastructure to offer good customer service and clearly mistakes are made with orders.

So I return a item back over two weeks I chased them up about it sending multiple emails sending all the info they needed and still had no reply in regards to my refund but they was quick to reply on my last review on here absolutely shocking I paid over 85 pound for a dress I sent back and not be able to get refund for surely they can not do that how do I take this further I loosing out it’s totally not fair I sent everything they asked really not fair

Bought a pre-order two piece
Bought a pre-order two piece, got delivered well before the time frame. Absolutely gorgeous outfit. The only downside of the outfit is the fastening of the top, it's impossible to fasten on your own and it's so delicate, definitely handle with care. Glad I ordered the XS as it fits just perfectly.

I can see that you emailed us on 28th June stating that you ordered an item on next day delivery and it wasn’t sent.
Our email response time is 1-2 working days. We responded to you on 30th June explaining that for next day orders, you must order by 2pm. As you had placed your order after 2pm, this was sent on the next working day.
I can see that you sent another email on 2nd July to one of our colleagues in Gypsabella, but not the enquiries inbox. This has now also been responded to within our 1-2 working day response time. I can see that you’re stating DPD have delivered your parcel to an incorrect address.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this. We have responded to your email and we will be looking into this with DPD.
