My experience is great with Gypasbella. I have ordered a few items over the past few months. The sequin co ords are such good quality and price point for the work/stitching involved. The designs are unique and beautiful.

The customer service is great. I had ordered a top/skirt combo which hadn't been dispatched yet and I saw them selling it in another colour which I preferred, so I emailed back and asked to cancel my order and within 24 hours I had a refund and a reply from customer service. I then bought the new colour. Can't fault them in any way. Not many companies would do this for you.

Quality of clothes are very good and customer service friendly.

I brought the khaki sequin dress - ordered the day presale opened and waited over a month for it to arrive which was to be expected. However when it arrived the quality was significantly lower that the pictures displayed. The trim was visible below the sequin line, half of the sequins have been cut so are no longer round, the tassels started falling off the moment it came out of the packaging and theres a silvery glue all over like a snail has been on it. Wouldnt recommend or buy again.

Beautiful clothes! I wouldn't normally write a review like this but I think it's really important. I ordered the pretty co-ord piece but unfortunately it didn't fit me right.
I sent it back and they immediately issued me a refund which is rare in the online retail space! So thankyou Gypsabella. I'll definitely be ordering again x

Simply stunning 😍. Received my ATHENA order today. Originally got the size 12 but returning so re ordered the 10 as wanted it more fitted. It fits lovely slight stretch in material, the necklace really elevates the outfit but can be worn without. I can’t wait to wear it on holiday. 🫶

Great discount , quick delivery

Delivery was fast, but mailman didn’t deliver the package because „nobody was home” when that’s not true, she was talking with my mom and didn’t tell her she had a package. On the note in mailbox said we can pick it up from monday which I also don’t understand because if the package is not delivered that morning, why can’t I pick it up that day few hours later. Other downside is paying additional 20 euros on top of my order and shipping which was disappointing.

Any special event this is my go to ! Clothes are always the best quality and true to size. Forever my fave place to order from and the owner is so kind !

I ordered a set total cost £120 I received on the Wednesday returned on the Friday paid £11 signed for return, they received and signed for Monday last week was had no acknowledgement, the slip was in with the trousers and top with my details on.
I returned as the trousers were see through and the quality of the trousers for £60 wasn’t good. Reading reviews it looks like they keep in touch when you pre order items or order but lack customer service for returns. I read you can’t email until it’s 14 days, but given the cost of items you should get acknowledgement. Especially when your paying postage and in my case £11 as I s
Didn’t trust sending any other way. It’s Put me off buying anything from here purely due to the lack of customer care re returns. I have also taken my own pictures and videos of my items when packaging them. Given the lecture about how they check items etc another reason I’ve taken my own evidence and paid high postage. Some people I assume take the mick but not everyone.
Hopefully they will get back to me. And let me know when I will get my refund ☺️
