A wide coverage has resulted in at least one of three guns advertised and being sold. One is still pending and very little interest in the third.

Thanks for the fantastic review! We're really glad to hear you've had such a positive experience and that the platform is helping you connect with so many potential buyers. Happy trading!
No luck this time
Unfortunately I have had only two enquiries and I believe they were both from BOTS asking the same questions. When trying to contact the enquirers by phone the numbers given were not correct.

Use Gunstar!!!!
No location search function,not great!!!
re:following guntraders response.
There has still been no postcode lookup added to the site as of 16/03/26 and this feature went down weeks ago.
Their response is complete nonsense!!!

Svar från Guntrader Media Ltd
Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the lack of a location search feature caused frustration. The postcode lookup was previously provided by a third-party service which stopped working without notice, so the issue was temporary while we worked on a solution. As soon as we identified the correct way to resolve it, we implemented the postcode lookup back onto the website. We appreciate you highlighting this and are always working to improve the user experience.

Thanks for your feedback and for the 4-star review! We appreciate your point about listing duration and understand how being able to keep a listing active until the rifle is sold can be more convenient. We'll definitely pass this suggestion on to the team as we continue improving the platform.

Svar från Guntrader Media Ltd
Thank you for your feedback. Guntrader is an advertising platform designed to help connect buyers and sellers, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a sale or a specific level of enquiries.
The level of interest an advert receives can depend on a number of factors, such as the pricing, description, photos, category placement, and current demand for that particular item.
If you would like, our team would be happy to offer some advice on ways to improve your advert to help increase visibility and interest.

recently interacted with this company and was genuinely impressed by how smooth and professional the experience was. The customer service team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made sure every question was handled with care. It’s rare to find a business that treats customers with this level of attention and respect. Their staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently went the extra mile to help. Overall, an excellent experience

Thank you for your feedback and for the 4-star rating! We appreciate your kind words about our service. Over the weekend, we experienced a higher volume of emails than usual, which caused some delays in our responses. Platform unreliable and unstable
Cyber attack on the platform meant that my replies to enquiries went un delivered.
I had dozens of enquiries but frustratingly, I couldn't communicate with potential buyers.
Frequent technical outages meant that it was sometimes difficult to view or ammend ads.
Disappointing.

Svar från Guntrader Media Ltd
Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced — we completely understand how important it is to respond to enquiries quickly and to be able to manage your ads without interruption.
I do need to clarify that we have not experienced any cyber attack on the platform. We also haven’t recorded any widespread outages that would have prevented messages from being delivered. It’s possible this may have been related to a local connectivity or network provider issue, and we’d really like to help investigate this properly for you.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a direct contact number for you, but I would genuinely welcome the opportunity to look into this and resolve it. Please could you give me a call on 01666 575 272 at your convenience? I’m confident we can get to the bottom of this quickly.
We value your business and would really appreciate the chance to put things right.

Hi David, I am sorry to hear you didn't manage to sell your gun. Unfortunately this could be due to a number of things. Current market demand, the specifics, time of year even down to the quality of photos.
Guntrader provides the platform to connect buyers and sellers, but we cannot guarantee the sale or interest of an item. Many listings are successful and sell very quickly.
If you would like any suggestions to help increase interest, we will =be more than happy to help.

Clunky but functional
Have used a couple of times and I've sold my guns so it works but the process of uploading is clunky. It's also hard to actually find your specific gun in a search. Obviously works but in today's world, guntrader need to invest in some more user friendly software. I think it survives because it's a niche but it's open to a competitor to move in with a slicker system.

Svar från Guntrader Media Ltd
Thank you for your honest feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share it.
We’re really pleased to hear you’ve successfully sold your guns through the platform, but we also take your comments about the upload process and search functionality on board. We know there’s always room for improvement, and user experience is something we’re continually reviewing and investing in.
Constructive feedback like yours helps guide future updates, so thank you again for highlighting this.
