A wide coverage has resulted in at least one of three guns advertised and being sold. One is still pending and very little interest in the third.

Nothing wrong with the brilliant site, just selling my shotguns up here in Aberdeenshire slow, no interest at all, possibly the same all over the country.

Thank you for the update and for the 4-star review. We're delighted that the wide coverage helped you sell one of your guns, and we hope the pending sale goes through smoothly. Sorry the third has had little interest so far. A fresh photo or a small price tweak can sometimes help, and we're happy to look at the listing if you'd like. Best of luck!

Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you had an issue when trying to amend your advert.
I have had a look at the advert from our side and, as far as I can see, it is currently displaying correctly. I’m sorry that you had difficulty making the changes yourself, and that when you contacted us previously, the issue wasn’t resolved as expected.
If there is still something that isn’t quite right, please feel free to give me a call and I’d be more than happy to go through it with you and see if we can get it sorted.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you experienced issues receiving emails. I can see that your telephone number is listed on your account, so it should have been available on your advert.
It’s also possible that emails from Guntrader were being filtered into your spam/junk folder or blocked. If you’d like to give me a call, I’d be happy to look into this with you and see if I can help resolve the issue.

This is more about the quality of the users of guntrader than the site itself. The whole experience was just full of time wasters and tyre kickers looking to knock the price down. I had already priced the rifle £50 below avge in order to sell and I did drop it by a further £25 but they wanted me to give it away or just didn’t turn up!

Svar från Guntrader Media Ltd
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced time wasters when trying to sell your rifle. However, we don’t feel a 2-star rating fairly reflects the service provided by Guntrader, as we cannot guarantee a successful sale or control the behaviour of individual buyers.
Thousands of firearms are successfully bought and sold through Guntrader, and we’re pleased to provide a platform that connects sellers with a large community of genuine buyers. We appreciate your frustrations, but unfortunately, not every enquiry will result in a sale.
