Paid for my digimon figure rise on monday and received it on Wednesday in scotland it was perfectly packaged already going to order another 2 quick to answer any questions and very friendly

Don't get why this company has 4.3 stars, maybe some of the older reviews are not available, who knows? But what I do know is that I came across this site whilst on Facebook through a page, I was having a toss up on what to buy, an MG Epyon or an MG Epyon Sturm und Drang unit, the latter would've been purchased from a different store, I simply went with the MG Epyon out of price, I couldn't justify paying another £40 just for a few extra pieces of plastic, though it would've looked insanely cool I instead turned my attention to gundammad.co.uk to complete this order and give them a try, dispatch was quick and so was receiving, was well packaged and pricing was fair, if you are umming and aring about using the site as it is a bit dated then just do it, I looked at reviews on here before my purchase and though there are only a few reviews, they are spot on, this is a great company.

First time I brought from them! Was abit hesitant at first due to website looking fairly old. But do not let this put you off anyway ordered myself a gp02 and it came absolutely perfect and customer service was great with swift response defo gonna be using in future and already got my eye on a few more kits!!!

Made an order for several model kits. Well priced and a nice selection some of which I couldn't find elsewhere.
Arrived decently quickly, but one of the items was wrong.
The wrong item was a very similar box to what I ordered, so I see how it happened. It took me a couple minutes to realise even after taking it out of the box
I emailed them and they responded within a few hours apologizing and saying they would sent the correct item. Which arrived a couple days later.
They offered to let me keep the wrong item at cost or return it. As it was a kit I already had , I opted to return it but I appreciated the offer.

They have a good selection of gundams even limited ones. They answered to all of my questions in a few hours. I am quite satisfied with the prices, I highly recommend you check them out.

I reached out to Gundam Mad a few months ago in regards to a model I was interested in and they didn’t have in stock, they helpfully let me know it hadn’t been released in the UK yet and then several months later made me aware it was now available and was being held for me, they were extremely helpful about throughout the entire process, great service and I’ve never had any issue I’ve had over multiple purchases from them
