Ordered quite a few models recently. Very good pricing compared to other UK retailers, mark-ups feel very reasonable and stock is pretty varied! The website is a bit dated, but can be navigated with relative ease. There's details on the site as to shipping windows which enabled me to receive my package very promptly. I'll be returning to purchase my models from here often, can't recommend them enough.

There range was incredible and the prices were quite fair, when I ordered it was nice and simple too, at first tracking didn't work but in under 5 minutes when I let them know they got it working which was really nice. It got to me quickly without any damage. Will definitely get Gunpla and Figure Rise here again, the range, price, and service was simply incredible, would 1000% recommend them!

Gundam mad doesn't have the most sophisticated website, but their service is amazing. Quick deliver, prices are among the best (if not the best). I can find most of gundam kits I need for my collection here, which are out-of-stock on other websites.
