Was called to choose delivery great experience with Grove bedding
Was called to choose delivery date from a couple of options. Was given a 3 hour window but would get called by delivery drivers when they were on their way.
Girl calling from the office was very nice and informative. Guys that delivered mattress were really, really good.

What can I say I have never been disappointed or let down with this company where I have had many purchases. Service from staff is friendly and outstanding always prepared to go the extra mile for you. I will always purchase my beds, mattresses from here as it’s easy and they have so much choice, well done all at Grove Bedding Newbridge.

A wonderful investment
After disappointing service from elsewhere, we went to a grove showroom and had a great experience. We decided to order from the website as we needed a bit more time to think, and any problems there were quickly resolved by the customer service team (we struggled a little with the design). The option to pay with Klarna was really helpful, and even though we placed our order just before the busy holiday, we got it delivered before the new year. A small mishap in communicating the delivery slot, but when we called we got the answers we needed and the delivery itself went smooth. The guys were quick and careful.
We've had the bed and mattress for nearly a month, and my back is thanking me every day for the investment with grove bedding. The bed looks great too!
