GroceriesRus Omdömen

Do not order from them, they are linked to BAndQ as preferred partners.
They were advertising on the B asd Q website 12,750mm bottles of Astonish mould and mildew blast for £9.29
I ordered 1 x 12 bottles and my c card was charged £9.29 ,no problem.
Later that day I ordered exactly the same thing for my friend, again c card charged £9.29 no problem.
They were delivered two days later and i received 2 boxes with 1 bottle in each box, they contained 1 bottle of mould stain remover ( not what was advertised and ordered.
When contacted through B and Q the reply said, the advertisement was an error,it should have read 1 bottle not 12.
I replied to them that it is a rip off,you are asking people to pay £9.29 for 1 bottle, which you can buy anywhere in the country for £1.99.
They refunded me for the first order, but I’m waiting for a refund of the second order
So be very very careful if you are thinking of buying anything from this company.
I would go as far to say shop elsewhere.

Don’t buy from them. It’s a scam. My order arrived damaged. And I refused to accept it only for it to appear that the item was u deliverable to seller. They refuse to refund.
They contact you to give them good review though they not delivering.

Fast delivery, good prices, excellent products. Have used 3 times now.

Don’t even give them one star, I don’t believe this company even exists. I’ve ordered twice and both items have gone missing by the courier (apparently). I don’t believe they even issued the items but make it as if they have been and pay the postage so they can claim back from the courier

Do not rely on their 24 hour delivery promise, nor their obfuscation when you contact them about any delay.

Amazing fast delivery
Answering emails in a few hours.
Best costumer service ever had.

I ordered my package 3 weeks ago. The money was drawn from my account immediately but nothing has arrived and no email confirmation was sent either. I am convinced this website is a scam.
