Went to London with my daughter a few weeks ago, went for a coffee at Grind and wowwww! The staff was so nice and the Coffee and esthetics, just blew my mind. Ordered the Cold brew set because of the Mint Cold Brew i got at Beak St

Great coffee and customer service. I use their pods and unfortunately, I have had issues with them in the past. Nevertheless, their support is always at hand to help and after submitting some details so they can look into this, they usually offer a few replacement pods.

Very pleased with my capsules and smart tin to keep them in. Wasn’t keen on the house blend but that’s personal taste and I really enjoyed a lot of the others. My current favourites are sweet miso and editions dark blend. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. The canned iced coffees weren’t for me though, found it bitter and just unpleasant.

Capaccino offered in regular and large sizes at their Ridings, Wakefield branch. I was served with a regular, but my friend received what was clearly a SMALL cup (compared to the larger size). I mentioned that to the server who thought nothing was out of order, Neither of us will visit that outlet again. Rip off.

I've never had a bad product or experience with Grind. My very first order was messed up (by me), but customer services went above and beyond to put things right.
I subscribe to the ground coffee, which I love.

Delicious oat iced coffee. I have tried a few different brands and this comes out top. Delivery was impressive, ordered one day got the next day. I will be returning for more, thank you.

I love that Grind uses capsules made from plants - better for our health and the environment. The coffee is tasty and delivery was quick. Very happy!

I've been a customer for a while, and this month I forgot to cancel my subscription. I contacted support before the order was dispatched, explained that I'm moving and already have plenty of coffee, and asked if they could cancel it or offer a goodwill discount. They refused both. Really disappointing customer service and no flexibility at all.

I received an offer to come back to Grind with a 30% discount
No matter how I tried the code came up as invalid
I emailed several times and didn’t receive any response
This isn’t the company I had been used to over the years! Has Grind been bought out ?
So Grind have responded ! I did not and have not received any previous responses to my emails and yes I checked my junk I initially tried to use the voucher to reset a subscription and the voucher was not accepted therefore I remain very dissatisfied

I haven’t even received it yet & I’m being asked to review it. Maybe you could get hold of evri and ask them where it is.

Easy to order, good choice of coffee, speedy delivery

Customer service was brillient as had question about my order. Coffee and pokemon tins arrived really quick. Coffee tastes amazing only downside was one tim was slightly dented on arrival but easily poped out back into shape. Will definatily be ordering more
