I’m unfortunately super disappointed.
I recently purchased from Grind’s Miffy collab and was SO excited! The colours, aesthetics & practicality were all a hit. Anyone who saw the collab knows that it wasn’t cheap, but I sprung on getting the £35 cafetière and even sold the brand new larger 8 cup one I’d recently bought to replace with the miffy one.

Sadly when it arrived, the entire top was cracked right where the plunger pole was. I can only assume in shipping the heavy red ball handle slammed down on the thinner plastic lid which caused the break.

I immediately contacted support, and when they got back to me (2 days later in total for resolution) they said they couldn’t replace because of limited stock and issued a refund.
While I appreciate the normal refund (which still hasn’t gone into my account yet), I went to buy another one after they’d said they couldn’t give me one myself, but the website is completely sold out!
I’m so so sad about it. I was really excited and now my options are buy one from a reseller for a MASSIVE price tag (won’t be doing), buy a different press entirely, or try to find a replacement plunger (which I’ve tried, but bodium’s 4 cup presses are NOT standard at all and I quite literally can’t find a cheap one or replacement part, only replacements for the mesh and metal bits.

I thought it was standard for companies to order a little extra stock for backup replacements etc? Especially in a limited collab, it feels very unfair that I’ve now missed out even though I was present on time. Such a shame.

I love Grind. Their coffee is proper good, plus I love the branding and the tins, very cool. When I had some issues with my previous order they were kind enough to replace it.

Of course it wasn’t always a perfect experience. One time, I accidentally forgot to delay a subscription because I wasn’t ready, so I had to return it and pay for the return parcel fee. So that’s a lesson learned for me. 😂

Firstly ease of ordering. Information regarding delivery and most importantly a delicious smooth instant coffee. I have the Grind beans but yet to try!
Good quality merch to boot!

Only thing I wish they had was a subscription for instant coffee.

Ordered a couple of coffee tins which arrived dented due to lack of packaging. Have ordered in the past with no issues but won't bother with tins from now on.

I am delighted with the limted edition Miffy cups and coffee tin. They are superb quality items. They arrived quickly and were very well packed

Items as expected and arrived promptly with good communication throughout- the limited edition Miffy range is lovely and well made items (the cap & coffee tin are fab). Always use the standard coffee and also now their decaf for filter machine.

We ordered a Snoopy cafetiere from grind a few months ago and absolutely loved it, the design is so cute!

One day I noticed there was a hairline crack in the glass so we were gutted!

I emailed customer support and spoke with Antonia and they were brilliant and offered to send a replacement! So we were over the moon 😁

Would definitely use the company again (need to order some of the miffy collection!) ❤️

Quick delivery, good quality products, they are constantly coming up with new products and special offers for both new customers and returning subscribers. Nothing to fault!

top of the pods split quite often and leave an ashy taste. Not sure if it's just when you're doing pods back to back they can't handle the heat but I'll be going back to Nespresso pods and dealing with the recycling process over these.
