Customer support is non-existing. I ordered a bunch of LED's for a diorama. The ones I needed the most where packaged in the wrong bag. So the color was wrong! No problem, just asked them for a fix, but they just don't respond. I think they filter E-mail with complains to the trashbin.

I give them 7 more days to respond, otherwise we do some more 1 star reviews!

Really great product range for any modeller out there! The product descriptions are useful and written from the perspective of experienced modellers and/or figurine-miniature painters and is immediately relatable if you are already familiar with modeling, miniature painting and miniature basing.

I bought the army transport backpack and only started using it after some time. and the bracelet frayed on the first use. probably a production error. and now they send a new one! great service!

Delivery was held back a day due to missing item and when contacting customer support they reached out quickly and explained the issue, products arrived in perfect condition and are very high quality. 10/10 will be ordering from them again.

Ich habe Grasbüschel bei GSW bestellt. Laut Produktangaben sollten diese 12mm hoch sein. Ich wollte extra diese größe, da sie für größer skalierte Miniaturen gedacht waren. Von vier gelieferten Grasarten waren nur eine korrekt, die anderen waren ca. 3mm zu kurz - was im Modellbau schon ein deutlicher Unterschied ist und einem Viertel der eigentlichen Gesamtgröße entspricht.
Der Kundenservice konnte selbst nach mehrmaliger Anfrage nicht sagen ob es sich um ein generelles Problem oder einen Einzelfall handelte. Die Aussage war, dass, nach Rücksprache mit den Technikern, es noch nie Probleme mit dem Produkt gab - was auch immer die Aussage bedeuten soll.
Sie haben mir, nach einigem hin und her, letztendlich angeboten, die ungeöffneten Verpackungen zurückzunehmen - die Versandkosten sollte ich aber selbst tragen. Die Firma sitzt ungüstiger Weise auch noch in Spanien (wenn man innerhalb Europas bestellt), was bei der Bestellung auch nicht gleich ersichtich ist.
Ich rate von Käufen über die Seite ab. Die Abwicklung von Beschwerden und Rücknahmen aufgrund der fehlenden Qualitätssicherung im Haus geht hier deutlich zu Lasten der Kunden.

I have purchased four paint sets from GSW so far. The third contained one paint that was mixed way too thick. When I notifie GSW about it, they immediately apologized and offered me a new bottle of paint. As I live in a remote area and it was only one bottle, they asked if I was making another order. I was, so they made sure to package the new bottle of paint in that order. The new bottle arrived intact and was in line with my expectations.

I should note that I have made four orders so far and that each has arrived quickly and in good order. I have so far purchased a set of Chameleon, Chrome, Metallic Filter, and Fluor Paints and found them to be excellent. The paints themselves (with the warrantied exception) are consistent within each line, so once you figure out precisely how to handle each formulation you can use all the others in that line in the exact same fashion. I use my paint on tabletop minis. I love the colors, I love the finish, I love this paint.

Excellente produits. Service après-vente très réactifs.

Compré la caja de ultravioleta, para impresiones 3D, y barritas transparentes para miniaturas "voladoras".

- Recomiendo la caja de ultravioleta, es eficiente.
- Servicio al cliente genial.
- Envío rápido.

Après un dépôt par Fedex, où le livreur a laissé le colis à mes voisins sans demande de ma part et en mentant sur ma signature, je découvre que le colis n'a été envoyé qu'avec la moitié des pièces pour monter le sac.
N'ayant pas conservé le paquet d'envoi, je me retrouve avec un sac inutilisable et un service support qui répond tous les 3/4 jours.

El último pedido realizado ha sido un poco accidentado por parte de la empresa de reparto ( ctt express), deterioro de la caja totalmente. Green stuff world al tener conocimiento de ello me hizo el envío nuevamente y en un tiempo más que rápido,. La verdad que el trato ha sido de diez y todo al final se solucionó de la mejor manera. El único pero la empresa de transporte que no pasa de mediocre.

Estupendo. Envío súper rápido y buena comunicación, en mi caso a Canarias. Muy contento con esta empresa.

Dans le monde des figurines, il nous faut être patients et précis. C'est une passion chronophage et coûteuse. C'est pourquoi nous avons besoin d'une vraie qualité de matériel afin d'accompagner au mieux cette passion. J'ai trouvé cette qualité avec Green Stuff. Je n'ai aucun doute à chaque commande et en cela je voulais vous dire merci.

EDIT : J'ai enfin réussi à joindre le support, qui s'est vraiment excusé pour le retard (ils ont reçu beaucoup de mails entre-temps) et a fait le nécessaire. J'ai eu quelqu'un au téléphone qui parlait très bien français avec un accent magnifique. :) Je ré-augmente donc ma note à 4 étoiles.

Vraiment déçu par le SAV INEXISTANT..

Mais il y avait deux erreurs dans deux cartons avec des couleurs qui ne devaient pas être dans les packs. J'ai donc essayé de contacter le support. Ça fait plus de 7 jours que j'essaye de les contacter, mais rien…

Le pack 02 : Il manque le Yellow submarrine. Il est remplacé par le Nightshade purple dip
Le pack 05 : il manque le Deep black. Il est remplacé par le INDIGO blue dip.

C'est réellement dommage, leurs peintures sont de qualité.. Mais le SAV est catastrophique.
J'avais d'autres commandes en préparation chez eux, mais dans l'état actuel des choses. Je ne validerai pas mon panier.

I've seen people mention using green stuff products and thought I'd give em a try. Glad I did, their sculpting patties are super easy to use even for someone as inexperienced as myself. Easy to navigate web site with loads of tools and supplies for every type of project. You can't go wrong here they have it all and then some and their prices can't be beat even Amazon is crying, lol. Shipping is super fast also totally awesome experience will definitely be back when I need more supplies for sure. Thanks for your awesome site and Amazing products!!

J'ai effectué deux commandes pour le moment chez eux. Mis à part un oublis de produit lors de la 1ère commande (qui à été réglé assez rapidement avec l'envoi du produit manquant), le reste s'est bien passé et les colis sont arrivés en bon état et rapidement (6 jours environ). Produits de bonne qualité, rien à y redire et je suis prête à recommander au besoin.

I can't believe how good these products are for the price. I'd pretty much given up on painting minis as I was really bad, but with a set of the GSW inks I have been able to achieve really good table ready results in no time at all. I had been looking at competitors products but couldn't justify the costs, the GSW fitted my budget and gave enough wow factor to bring a smile to my players faces. Thanks GSW for such awesome products !!

My first order never arrived, and GSW sent another one for free. I highly recommend their customer support, especially Rebeca :)

I’ve never dealt with a company so inept that I had to search for ways to warn others. I’ve ordered from several companies outside of the US and never even received a notification about customs, let alone being responsible for the documentation for it. If you're ok with doing all of the administrative work to ensure your product arrives, go ahead and give them a go. You’re basically on your own as soon as they get your money. You deal with the customs documentation. You follow up with the carrier. They just ship it out care free. There are so many alternatives out there. Vallejo is amazing with some of the best customer service and I love their color shift paints. Games Workshop, Pro Acryl and Army Painter are some other RESPECTED companies. Green stuff worlds products are as cheap as their customer service representatives. There’s really no reason to consider them with all of the superior alternatives.

j'ai participer au kickstarter pour le dath black et je n'ai jamais rien reçu.
ils annonce m'avoir livrer alors que ce n'est pas vrais, et j'ai beau avoir contacter le support, ils ne répondent pas, ce sont des voleurs à fuir si vous voulez vous épargner des échange de mail inutile.

Edit:à ce jour du 20-03-2024 les chose ont été régularisées par le service client avec en prime un petit cadeau en guise d'excuse, j'apprécie le geste.
Je remonte donc ma note à trois étoiles.
