Me gusta mucho esta tienda y he realizado varios pedidos. En uno de ellos tuve la mala suerte de dar con un producto que resulto defectuoso a los meses de uso. Contacté con ellos y me ofrecieron un remplazo gratuito de manera sencilla, cómoda y rápida. Muy recomendando, cuidan muy bien a su clientela.

I was looking for a specific product to finish a modeling project. I did a random Google search and found a link to the very item I was looking for. GSW had more than what I expected and the prices were so reasonable, I placed an order immediately. The shipping was really fast, the products were packaged expertly and the prices are more than reasonable. There was even a link to a tutorial!! I have everything I need and can't wait to try out the product on my latest creation. I've already told a number of friends about the products and the 5 star service!!

I bought a can of Darth Blue chameleon spray paint for cosplay purposes. I used it once and it started leaking a sticky substance. Went back to use it today and not only has the paint liquidised, the sticky substance has covered a good portion of the can. Just shy of £40 including shipping for a can that managed to paint one medium prop.

I recently got back into playing rather than just painting Warhammer 40K. Managed to build up two armies (Black Templars and Imperial Knights) in a short space of time. I needed a way of transporting the armies to and from games so ordered the large army transport bag. On its first outing (with my army of Knights inside) the shoulder strap failed sending the bag and contents crashing to the floor. Breaking all but one of the two Knights and 6 armigers. I contacted Greenstuff world) who sent out a replacement bag (and an apology for the damage caused). The replacement bag arrived and (I do try to learn from experience) I tested all the straps. The lightest pressure on the new bags shoulder strap and this too failed, fortunately before trusting it with any of my miniatures. I don’t know what’s going on with their quality control but be warned to check yours before use.

Fell in love with the fluor paints some months ago. Did a order on monday, did something wrong with the payment. Instead off making a big deal out off it, someone from the costumer service apoliges for reacting to "late" to me. was just happy for the response and for the help, just shows human that you are and really want to help. And than the bits.... only can think about 1 song.

I wanne lay.... down ... in a bed off bits.

just love how you can make the standard in to something off your own. the random bits make all the Dnd come alive. from a cat laying in the tree, a potion in the hand off a skeleton to childrens toys that look like baby Yoda .

Après un certain nombre de commandes. Je ne peux que recommander ce commerçant. Articles de qualité. Les articles en stock le sont vraiment. C'est pas forcement les moins cher, mais le service est là. Et il y a pas mal de choix.
J'ai eu affaire au SAV. carton de ma commande arrivé éventré:la moitié des articles étaient manquant . Je leur ai écrit, et il m'ont immédiatement renvoyé les articles perdus (sans délai).

Company sold me stuff then later turned out to be discontinued.

Company offered replacements, they want the customer to pay for it. So their mistake causes the customer to be disadvantaged.

Hice un pedido el día 1/12/2024 y me llegó el día 17/12/2024 después de varios intentos de entrega no efectuados por parte de Ctt-estrés (express). por lo tanto, el envío un desastre, pero la atención al cliente de Esther Morán y Tamara Pels, impecable. Las cinco estrellas son por y para ellas. Gracias.

Recibí el maletín con un defecto, pero con un simple correo, a los pocos días ya me habían enviado uno nuevo.
El trato, la rapidez y el servicio fueron excelentes.

Al final, con el otro maletín aunque defectuoso pude hacer un apaño, creo que el problema debio darse durante el transporte. En cualquier caso, en menos de una semana estaba todo resuelto.

Un diez en cuanto a trato y rapidez.

Hace años estaba bien. Ahora las pinturas están aguadisimas y las bandejas de movimiento no encajan con las peanas. No recomiendo comprarles nada.
