Teriblle company Guys do don't applied with this company Green light motors they are a scamers, i applied for car from them on the 21 January and they told me the car woulb bee ready to collect in 48h since the 21January untill now i recived a few calls from green light motors stuff and every single person has different story about the car. Like the car is ready to collect the other person said the car wainting for some sensor, other person said we just recived the car now and many more lie stories. Teriblle Stuff Teriblle company even the brokers been so surprised because they don't want to reject the application. So bee carfully guys don't get anything with this company. Zero stars for averything Be aware of this scamers they are so liers.

Jesus where do I start ? Saw a Jag for sale , spoke to Adeel , told him I had a a car to part exchange, gave all the details he was happy to proceed. I applied and received a finance agreement, I signed it .... 2 mins later got a text message from Adeel saying finance refused? So I confirmed with the finance company, they had already paid to the car company? After about 12 conversions with this so called reputable dealer and passed from pillar to post , they had made a complete mess up big style......they refused to take my car a 2017 Ford Kuga as part exchange, but said I could still have the Jag I wanted but I had to pay extra in cash .......absolutely fuming .....stay clear of this very dodgy place , I have all the relevant conversations in text so I will proceed in a trading standards review but I won't touch them with a 50 foot barge pole , and I have heard the majority of these reviews come direct from them or employees .....Be Very Careful people

Bought a car which I got told would be ready on the 20th Dec after an MOT, got a text saying the battery was dead (good start) and the new date to pick up due to christmas and my own plans would have to be the 27th December.

We part exchanged another car which was all fine on the day - the issue arises from it being nearly 4 weeks later and we're STILL waiting on the finance on that car to be settled. I've rang maybe 6/7 times about this and I just get told they'll ring their accounts and then ring me back. I have had zero phone calls back.

Rang again today in which they said it will be paid on the 22nd Jan with a bit of a condescending tone that it takes 28 days to clear - even though we know it takes 72 hours due to past experiences.

The cherry on top is that the car has been on sale on their website for 3 weeks as well without the initial finance being settled, which I'm not even sure is legal.

Alex was a true gent. Polite,professional efficient. Alex at greenlight motors was brilliant at securing me my new car. The finance process was smooth with no complications. The car was prepared to a outstanding standard. I will definitely be coming back for my next car
