Danny at Greenlight is the guy to speak with. From start to finish he was there to answer any questions I asked. He made the process easy and hassle free. Would recommend this company as the customer service was excellent.

Had the car 34 days and it stopped working. Also sold with a Recall ! The car is still sitting where it broke down over 2 weeks ago. No communication, no courtesy car, dont even try call customer sales aftercare as you wont get through. Made it as difficult as they could to get in contact, hanging up the phone, saying Awais ( customer care manager) was out the office, unable to speak to the general manager as they dont deal with this type of issue! Absolute Disgrace! This will have to now be looked at by the financial ombusman due to there lack of customer care and professionalism.

My experience with Rachel has been amazing, good customer services, Rachel demonstrated a good communication skills, all explanations regarding my new BMW car was explained in details.

Rachel is very kind, with lots of empathy significantly when we briefly discussed about the challenges with the NHS.

This company purchased my car at auction and then completely ignored all communication from both myself and the auction house.
They wasted everyone's time. The auction system automatically selects the highest bidder, and unfortunately their bid was only marginally higher than those from reputable companies that I would now have preferred to deal with.
Their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If you bid on a vehicle, you should be prepared to follow through with the purchase or at least respond to enquiries.
A very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
When they eventually got round to contacting me I was screamed at down the phone. They tried to smooth it over later on but the I individual who screamed at me was very hostile and aggressive.

Very bad experience with
Greenlight motor Blackburn. The staff at Blackburn are not trustworthy. I spoke to their manager who assured me not only to give back my deposit but also compensate for petrol.i drove 100 miles to see a car confirming with their staff and giving deposit. Next day got call from two different people one was saying she will send me link to get back deposit and the other said that the person I spoke to was not the manager and im not getting deposit back. I don't know how do people trust to buy a car from a dealer like that. I would certainly not recommend anyone no matterif they have bad credit. Car should be bought from reliable place.

Has real issues with my current car and has fully broken down. Got in contact with green light motors and had a really helpful person called Adeel and he was so helpful getting me the right car and a deal perfectly suited from me. Reassuring me the whole way through. Would highly recommend these if you’re looking to finance a car. Nothing but quality and caring customer service will definitely use again

The case person i dealt with was amazing initially the car i was interested in was snapped up so he activley looked for one with the same specs and found it ...he went out of his way to get the best deal possible resulting in me gettin my next amazing car ..highly recomend these guys if it wasnt for him id have probably looked else where

Great car, was my dream car but the professionalism is basically not there. Gave me extra on my finance option to pay off part loan from my previous car. Been in a constant battle to get the money from them. Still haven’t received it to this date. Was told I would receive it after a week, I called and they lost my bank details gave them again and no one put it on the system. Still a month on and no correspondence or money from green light, only buy a car from green light if you have the money yourself or get finance elsewhere.

I wanted to go back and edit my original review, but there was no way of doing it. So I am updating it. Initially I was disappointed with the aftersales. However, the snagging's on my Skoda superb estate has been sorted, Green Light Motors paid under the 3 months warranty for the fitting and new glove compartment and reimbursed me for the boot cover that I had to purchase as for some reason it was missing on my car. Aftersales may have been a little slow in responding, but that also might have been down to my impatience. I am pleased to report that aftersales have been brilliant. As for the 2018 plates on my Skoda Superb Estate, its the best car I have ever had. Thanks to Ray the sales agent we dealt with, he was my wife said, fantastic. All in All I give Green light motors 5 stars. Would I recommend? based upon my experience yes I would. I am Vicar so they have a heavenly blessing and recommendation.

My experience started off great until 2-3 weeks into having the car . And I contacted the garage and Awais expected me to find a garage and basically sort it out I was told balancing so I got it done then told I couldn’t get my money back later found out both driveshafts have worn and now no one can get parts . And this Awais expects me to put my grandchildren in a dangerous car to go on holiday next week . Seems to me some underhanded stuff goes on with mots

Already left a review on here but forgot to mention that besides being such an excellent company we like to give a big shout out to Shayub who was just Fabulous at sorting everything financially for us nothing was too much trouble and Rachel for getting the car sorted for pick up overall it was great and we'll definitely return in the future and certainly recommend Greenlight motors...

The best who helped me Iram is a wonderful woman with a lot of patience and a helpful angel in a woman I recommend with all my heart I love this woman 1000 %recommendations.
