I want to give a special mention to Shantelle, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my car finance journey. Although the lender declined my application for the car I wanted, Shantelle still took the time to contact me, understand my situation and talk me through what I could do next.

She was genuinely supportive, patient and reassuring, and I never felt like I was being left on my own because the application had been declined. She even offered to look at what options may be available once I’ve cleared my existing finance.

Thank you, Shantelle, for going above and beyond and for being so helpful. Your customer service has honestly been brilliant. ❤️

I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from Greenlight Motors.

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing, especially when dealing with Owsis and Jodie. The car was delivered with scratches, and I was repeatedly promised that they would be repaired, but that never happened.

I was also told several times that my refund had already been processed and would be back in my account. I was assured the issue had been resolved and that the money had been sent, but I never received anything. I kept being given the same promises, yet nothing was ever done. keep saying 10 minuts the money will be to youre account that didn't happen . been told tomorrow you will get th money to youre account that didn't happen.

The poor communication, broken promises, and lack of action have left me feeling completely let down. I no longer have any confidence in Greenlight Motors or the way my complaint has been handled.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. If you value honesty, reliability, and good customer service, I would advise looking elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing service!
I was constantly kept upto date through the entire process. When things went wrong slightly Dan got it all sorted within a few days. I’d highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly and reliable dealership

Avoid like the plague…….I had a car delivered after buying on finance, I went for a newer car from a reputable Brand Mini, higher mileage than I’d like but I was assured the car had a service and was in excellent condition for age…….car got delivered on a lorry, problems started after acouple of weeks and have just got from bad to worse! I’ve had to pay near enough £3000 to keep this car on the road whilst my complaint is being investigated via the finance company, still ongoing from months ago! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE ROGUE TRADERS!!!

Absolutely shocking, all you seem to get is lie from them, trying buying a grey a35 amg but looking at the review on here someone has had the same experience, they told me the car was mine and I could collect this weekend then on Thursdays I get a cocky phone call saying I can’t collect until next weekend which I’m away and was told that’s not her problem, further more I have been notified by a finance company that the car is on finance with them and can’t be sold but green light are still telling me stories about the car moving the dates, 100% avoid

Worst experience ever had with company, avoid like the plague.

Had car delivered with turbo pipe fault, delivery guy left before I could test the car, I had to find my own garage to fix the fault this took 3 weeks, now the company will
Only pay £80 the price off fixing the fault was £280. I phone customer care the couldn’t care, was so rude on the phone and over email.

So I am out of pocket £200, when I phone up saying why they said there is proceed to follow I did and asked the garage to supply the quote and pay the ignore the garage.

When I said bring the car back they said just try pal we won’t take it. Im

Well away from them. Who the hell delivers a car broken and won’t take responsibility or even pay to fix it. Unprofessional god knows how they provide this service

I will post this over social media to warn other buyers and also speak to finance company regarding returning the car as they have breached any normal morals of any decent company

ive had a on goin problem now since may, I brought a car from them on 3 different occasions they arranged delivery which never happened, got paid out in full and wont return the money, they have also resold the car which is a Mercedes amg a35 in grey. When delivery was arranged they had to fix some thing on the car and everytime a delivery day was set some thing else was wrong with the car. Dont believe any thing that is said to you as I fell for this and now waited 3months to get any funds back and still have none just keep gettin told its been paid when it hasn't.

We bought a car q5 they told us there is no issue at all with the car and after a few days we have the car we started to notice all the problems they are not good never come back again not recommended
