Rhino Greenhouses Omdömen 

Love my Rhino, I have only had it since the spring but it is transformational in what I have been able to grow in the garden. I knew from reading reviews that they are solidly built but was till surprised at just how solid it is. Glad I got it professionally built as the installer took about 7hrs to build it and he knew what he was doing. The only regret I have is that I don't have a bigger garden so that I could buy a bigger rhino

Had my Rhino greenhouse for 5 years. Has stood up to many strong gales without a problem. Tough as they come!

After a year of use I'm delighted with my greenhouse. It is sturdy, well made and looks good in the garden. Everything works as it should.

I bought a 8x10 Rhino 51/2 years ago, after a friend on Exmoor reccommended the brand.I had it erected by their specialist and despite being in a very windy situation at the top of a hill, have had no issues at all, other than a finial falling off in high wind. It's full of plants year round , I love it and wonder how I previously managed with an elderly,leaky, timber 6x6!

In 2021 our two Rhinos greenhouses survived Storm Arwen with 98 mile an hour wind registered locally. Remarkable and still as solid and stable today.

Having a small garden the space for a greenhouse was limited so I went for a modest 6x6 model. I found their sales staff very helpful and went ahead a bought one about four years ago. Absolutely delighted with the design and quality of materials for the model I received. I paid the extra for it to be erected by an expert which was completed in just over half a day - far quicker than I could have achieved. The structure is incredibly strong and has withstood several hurricanes and storms. I also bought the roof and side shading in the form of external ‘roller blinds’. Although these are very convenient and save getting whitewash all over the place, unless they’re taken down for the winter, they tend to get very dirty and clogged up. However taking the roof blinds down in the autumn and getting them back up again in the spring is quite awkward and means stretching over the glass roof. Last year I decided to leave them in place and they were hosed down at the start of the season.
Overall I’m very pleased with the Rhino greenhouse and would recommend them.

My greenhouse is 5 years old and I love it. It stands up to the coastal storms and shelters my veg every year.

Excellent Customer Service. Anyone can offer good customer service when everything is going well. BUT to offer excellent customer service when everything went wrong is what counts.

There were a couple of damaged/crushed parts in the greenhouse when it arrived. The customer service sent replacements on a Saturday AM delivery which I know costs a lot of money. However Parcelforce let them down and did not attempt delivery. They did not deliver on monday either so the company sent their own driver on tuesday to deliver the part and also sent me a replacement pane of class that had shattered.

They were very helpful with tips regarding installation, which was not easy and if you are not a competent DIY'er I would recommend paying for an installer.

I bought a rhino cold frame when they first became available at the beginning of this year. It was a big investment but I have one of their greenhouses and wanted it to match. It arrived In about 100 pieces and I had to contact one of their greenhouse assemblers to make it. BE AWARE it is a nightmare to assemble. Very disappointed with customer service when I contacted them

I am absolutely delighted with my Rhino Greenhouse. It is sturdy and has stood up to high winds and substantial downpours.
It is definitely worth the money.

Bought my wife a Rhino greenhouse 4 years ago. We paid for professional erection using their recommended installer and that all went fine. However the 'solar powered ' roof vents have been a problem. They are powered by a piston that contains wax that expands and contracts as it gets hotter or colder. Worked fine for the first year or so but the way the system is mounted onto the frame is not up to the pressures and weights involved, and the piston mechanism keeps working loose on the frame and coming off. They are not easy to re-fit. Not well designed and there is no simple manual vent option. Very frustrating!

This is a nice greenhouse but: the instructions are appalling, the nuts and bolts are very poor quality and sheer easily, they are so mean with the fixings with absolutely no spares, poorly labelled parts, incorrectly labelled parts, indifferent customer services. For the money we paid we are disappointed. Having assembled 4 greenhouses from different manufacturers over the years, this one is the poorest but yet the most expensive. A lot of work needs to be done to win the premium label that Rhino think they deserve.

Efficient, professional and quality product. A great experience from beginning to end. The brochure was superb as was customer service. Everything came on time and complete which is rare these days. The installer booked through Rhino was excellent a first class service. Have been using greenhouse for a year and very pleased.

Greenhouse arrived on the day arranged and nothing missing.I live on a farm on the West Penine moors the greenhouse is exposed to serious weather conditions and it has just come through a very windy winter with flying colours.The gentleman you recommended to construct the greenhouse was superb.I can't wait to start a new season of growing.

I upgraded to a Rhino greenhouse at retirement and paid a bit extra to have it erected by one of their specialists.
I have had a full year of growing now and I am still delighted with it. There is plenty of ventilation and it is sturdy as well as beautiful to look at.
If you can afford it, don’t hesitate.

Being able to visit the factory site and see the greenhouses available. Then being able to buy the package deal offer which included staging finials and guttering

RUN A MILE!! Absolutely dire. USELESS instructions, no wonder Rhino expect you to pay £800 for a special fitter - who ever designed the manual and whoever arranged the packaging were very thick, NO COMMON SENSE ATALL.
