Green fingers is doing an excellent job at Evenwood with the grass cutting and even picking up the litter before cutting the grass. Well done to the men for helping to keep Evenwood looking lovely

Item arrived damaged with parts missing. Although promised new parts would come, nothing received and a pain in the a** to contact. Phone just rings nobody answers, emails don’t get responded too. Wish I had never found this useless company

Order Monday arrived Friday. Only critism is no emails from greenfingers to confirm order and order dispatch. Can be checked on account details though. All in happy with purchase.

I bought a table and chairs set from greenfingers.com. It was a good price, ordered on Thursday afternoon. I didn't pay extra for fast delivery, but it was delivered on Saturday. The service is fantastic, especially given that Friday was a bank holiday.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I was impressed by two gardens in Carmarthenshire that had been serviced by Greenfingers for a couple of years, and these were absolutely excellent. I recommended the franchise to my elderly parents in East Sussex, paid for a couple of months treatments but, unfortunately, the service has been disgraceful. The lawn has never looked so bad, and is in a far worse state than before we started using Greenfingers. My parents paid for the service for approximately 6 months at £15 per month. The average visit by Greenfingers lasted about 10-20 minutes and my mother tried complaining politely, but was told "Well it's [i.e. the poor quality of the lawn] your fault because you've got leatherjackets on your lawn". Mum was quoted to re-seed the lawn for £430 for 23sq yards. Mum politely declined, ended the service, bought some grass seed for £26, and reseeded it herself. What a rip off it would have been.
It's disgraceful that franchises get away with such a shoddy service. The Greenfingers rep refused to take responsibility, and intimidated my mother. Appalling. AVOID!

I purchased a pagoda seat via Greenfingers. When it had not arrived after four weeks I contacted them to chase the order. After a further chase they esponded to say it was no longer in stock at its supplier. As I can see from other reviews this appears to be a frequent practice, i.e they do not have a system for stock checking and they wait for customers to contact them if they have not had a delivery. A company that over promises, under delivers and does not respond promptly to queries. Do not use.

Poor customer support cant able to count the time of collection. The company schedule pick up time poorly it never picks up on whats saying in the system. also one time it was pick up 2 weeks early then normal 4 week. Was paid for 8 collections and They only Do 7

I recently ordered some garden edging - advertised as in stock. Due to the amount, it arrived in 2 parcels, only it never did, only one arrived. Whilst I understand this could be dodgy warehouse person or a dodgy courier person or a simple human error, what really tests a company is how they fix problems. For an online company to remove phone lines due to "Covid" (poor excuse 12 months on from Covid...) and then to have a 24hour SLA on emails which don't answer the question - its just not good enough. Your customer service lets down your customers and let's down the company reputation you claim to have.

I am still waiting for my order some three weeks on due to "stock issues" - will see if it ever arrives or whether it becomes a refund scenario.

Poor effort Greenfingers.

Not happy, ordered a Pergola from Greenfingers, when I asked for delivery updates and tracking information they referred me direct to the manufacturer. 2 weeks later I checked with the manufacturer for an update on estimated delivery, only to be told that Greenfingers didn't send the order over until a week after I made the purchase online (basically they sent the order over on the day I emailed them to ask for tracking information), so consequently this delayed the delivery date by a further week.
No apology or indeed an admission of wrong doing by Greenfingers. I requested a refund and they have told me they have processed and that it can take up to 5 working days to show in my bank, and the email also says 'Should the credit not have been received we request in the first instance to check all accounts you maintain before contacting your Bank' what on earth does that mean? You only have the one set of bank details, where else could you possibly send it. I hope I'm not going to have to chase them on the refund also!!!

We had a terrible experience with Greenfingers. They didn't deliver the job they promised but kept on asking to be paid for it. They are obviously scammers. Also, you can easily see that all the 'positive' reviews have been written by the same person (probably someone working for this company).
My suggestion: DO NOT GO FOR THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company has a scam going where one has to pay for 6 months up front for the service of bine collections however when the service is cancelled, you do not get refunded on the balance owing. this is in the terms and conditions however you have to scroll right down to the bottom to see it and when you apply for the service, they do not bring it to your attention.

This company do not refund for faulty goods or send replacements parts
AVOID at all COSTS

It was easy to lay and finishes the lawn off

Ordered a shed in March. Initial delays due to Shire GB, the supplier, being overwhelmed. Now the shed is in stock with Shire GB, they are not processing orders from Greenfingers 'at this time'. Green fingers are not replying to emails, their telephone line is not in service 'due to COVID'.
I'm processing a refund via my credit card company.

17/08 Company is now in liquidation. All existing stock as been bought by a new company (name not provided in the email) any orders what were being processed by a third party supplier are lost and you have to contact your payment provider to get a refund.

a combination of garden items ordered for my own & moms garden arrived promptly but with an item missing
emailed on receipt & got reply straight away & missing stake mailed out next day

Great service and a brilliant product, robust and fairly easy to install, I would definitely recommend!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE :

I was sent a gift for my 50 th birthday from family however this arrived 3 weeks late . When it arrived it was damaged and the part that was broken off was not in the box . I contacted Greenfingers the same day via email however never received a response. The family member who brought the gift also contacted Greenfingers who stated they would speak to the manufacturer and get back to them . This has now been ongoing for approx 7 weeks , numerous emails sent no response. The phone lines aren't working . The item was purchased from Greenfingers who should of rectified the issue and taken it up with the manufacturer not sold an item taken the money then refused to deal with the issue . To date we have not been able to have any further contact with Greenfingers and I still have a damaged birthday gift . Appaulling service !!!!!

I do not lie and I have emailed Greenfingers on 3 occasions. If you are unsure how to clarify this . Check your inbox for my email address as provided I also tried to ring numerous times however it was ringing initially however you have stopped taking calls . Also the family member who purchased this item has contacted you on numerous occasions . Again if you check the order number and purchasers email address you can again clarify this . The item is still in the box where it has been sitting since delivered damaged . The item was purchased from Greenfingers not your suppliers .
Still ...... appalling customer service

I have never written a negative review before but really feel I need to with this Company. We purchased a bench back on 13th MAY for our special anniversary, we are still waiting for it!!. We were totally understanding about a delay for the first few weeks but apparently the first one lost in transit and the second......who knows??? I have requested a full refund now as we have no faith in it ever turning up and £145 is a lot of money to lose. I have had no reply to this email request for a refund and phone lines don't work yet, extremely disappointed.

First class service, great quality product, great value, prompt and well packaged delivery. Highly recommend

Ordered an arbour bench on 15 June and received an email on 15 July to say it has been dispatched but has not yet arrived and am unable to track it. I have used greenfingers many times and have always received my order within a couple of days of notification of dispatch even during lockdown.
