Ordered a lovely painted arbour on Sunday. Arrived Wednesday and great delivery and customer service.

I wanted a very small plant trough for a small space in the garden. I saw this at an amazing price and ordered it. As it was breakable, I hoped it would arrive in one piece. I needn't have worried,as couldn't have been any better packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased.

I ordered a hanging basket stand for the porch. The item arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality for a very fair price. I will definitely use Garden Mall again.

Was looking for a particular size trellis which was difficult to find but found exactly what I wanted at Garden Mall. Received trellis today and all in perfect condition as very well packaged. First time shopping with them but won't be the last - very impressed.

Packaging was brilliant and the hanging baskets were very well priced compared to garden centres which are quite expensive will definitely use them again a very speedy delivery

Really helpful and patient customer service staff who did everything they said they would while we were preparing to order, fantastic product (all 40m of it!), and super helpful customer service staff again when I had to order two small bits that we had lost on transporting it to our house in France! Disgusting customer service! I have been trying to send back some unused fence panels for nearly 2 weeks now - using their customer service form on their website as nobody ever answers the phone. Several times I was told to log into my account to process a return, then my ticket is closed. I respond to the closed ticket and no reply, so have to start it all again. I was unable to log into my account to process a return as I checked out as a guest! I finally get to sending my return back - they advise they have a preferential rate with Dpd however upon contacting Dpd, the item is too big to send back with them. So instead of costing £5-£10 to return, it has cost me £70! They are now saying one of the items are damaged so won't refund, despite the box being unopened and actually arriving with the fence panel legs sticking out the box. We Sellotaped the legs into the box to protect them, but they are saying the top of the fence panels are damaged, despite us not even opening them. I have submitted photo evidence showing the box upon arrival and no difference. So in total, £200 of items returned, at a return cost of £70, then them refusing to refund a panel that was damaged on arrival - £30. A £200+ return has cost me £100 to process. I would not recommend them at all, atrocious customer service and accusing the customers of damaging items, despite photo evidence!

I ordered this fencing on line. It was very easy to order. I had an email informing me that I had placed the order and it would be with me within a few days. I had a few suggestions regarding the delivery, i.e. to check the parcel over to make sure it wasn't damaged, which is very good I feel, as often parcels to arrive with damage. Everything was fine. The goods actually arrived right on time. Which I really appreciated. I would certainly use this Company again.
