Ordered 5 items over two and a half months ago. Got the order confirmation but no dispatch notice or any details on what the status is. Very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. Be wary of shops advertised on tiktok.

Cant understand negative reviews about quality- im a first time customer ,received my bag with in four days and the bag is fantastic quality! I will definitely buy from this company again

Design is beautiful which is what attracted me to it! Its abit smaller than im used to so cant get much in! Its says long strap i wouldnt say its long as i had on the last hole and was still quite short so not much of a choice really? Customer service is one to be desired. I had some issues with the delivery service? They were not much help when it came to chasing order up? When i emailed then they complety ignored my email? So i reached out on social media? Seems to just make excuses and says next day is not guaranteed? Uses a service that are not really dedicated to getting the item out on time? Shame as i have a big social media platform and would of been happy to share! But felt from start to finish my experience wasnt the greatest!

I ordered two bags on my first purchase, two micro satchels (Ivy and Solene). The bags were discounted further as they had “minor marks” in each bag. Despite looking hard I couldn’t find a single issue with either of them or their straps, so to me an absolute bargain.
Since that I’ve been on the hunt regularly for two I really wanted to add to my collection which are the Jules and Moccachino. Earlier this week I found the Moccachino with the same discount in the sale as my previous purchase, so picked it up along with the Greek. Cannot find a single issue with Moccachino as listed, and the fault with the Greek isn’t even noticeable! It’s led me to today where I’ve Purchased the final one in my collection I was desperate for, which is the Jules, alongside the Camille and Latte. I’ve owned my first two now for some time, they get used daily and still look perfect. The quality is awesome and the orders always arrive super fast as they use FedEx. I can’t complain here at all, and will probably keep expanding my collection!

I ordered the small cloud bag to germany. shipping was fast. the bag looks really nice. i bought it discounted, cause grafea said it had some damage. but i dont see anything.

J’ai passé commande le le 30 et j’ai reçu mon colis le 2 en a peine 3 jours. D’après les commentaires que j’avais lu je m’attendais à attendre au moins 2 semaines mais non c’était super rapide, pour moi en tout cas. Je sais pas si j’ai eu de la chance ou pas mais perso je valide fort

Eine absolute Frechheit der Laden!!! Mein Freund hat mir eine Tasche von grafea schenken wollen, es kam auch ein Paket an aber es war keine Tasche in dem Paket. Es war nur eine Dankeskarte und die Bestellbestätigung in dem Paket. Nachdem wir uns schriftlich an grafea gewendet haben kam nur zurück das es nicht stimmen kann und das wir Lügner und Betrüger wären. Sie hätten die Bestellung geprüft und das Paket abgewogen. Das Paket kam ungeöffnet und unbeschädigt an, es sah nicht so aus als hätte jemand versucht das Paket zu öffnen. Allein wenn man das Paket in die Hand nimmt merkt man das nichts drinnen ist, Wage hin oder her.
Wir haben das ganze an Paypal weitergeleitet aber bis jetzt kam noch nichts zurück

Bought a railroad satchel (on sale) for my brother as a congrats!-you-got-promoted gift. Honestly, I almost kept it for myself. It’s a beautiful bag. Fits his laptop and files. The leather is a lovely colour and I’ve been told it will become a deeper caramel as it ages (thanks Cristina for answering all my questions). The lock mechanism & key is a particularly nice touch. Delivery was good, no problems. Customer service was great, I had a bunch of questions about the leather etc and they were all patiently answered (again thank you Cristina!).

Je me bats actuellement soit pour avoir ma commande car la société Fedex ment en prétendant avoir tenté de me la livrer, ce qui est complètement faux. Je travaille depuis chez moi et ils ne sont ni passés et n'ont pas téléphonés.
Soit pour être remboursée car je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis.
Et forcément la marque Grafea ne veut pas en disant que je vais un jour le recevoir.
Bref : ni sac à main, ni argent retourné.
Je me suis bien faite arnaquée.. de 160 euros. Une honte.

I wish I had viewed these reviews before ordering from Grafea as I can see the majority are negative or report some sort of issue. I ordered two bags to the UAE and only one came. I emailed Grafea to let them know and they replied with some BS story that the parcel weighed the correct weight for 2 bags (even though the box they sent couldn’t have fit both bags in if you tried there wasn’t even enough room). I sent them a video of me unboxing to show there clearly wasn’t enough space but (after chasing them for a response) they told me they’d completed their investigations and that was that. I am going to report to PayPal and it is effectively daylight robbery!

DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY!!

Produit reçu à temps, service client disponible aussi bien sur Twitter que par mail. Sacoche de bonne qualité malgré un aspect un peu brut à l'intérieur que j'aurais bien voulu voir en photos sur le site.

Ordered two bags from here a while ago back in April. I barely ever use them these days since they are so uncomfortable to dig through for something without getting scratched by the fake leather. It's super stiff. Overpriced. Horrible smell that never went away. Can barely fit anything without not being able to close it. Didn't feel like spending more money on them for international shipping so I never returned the bags. Regret that though.

I ordered a micro satchel and was updated with the progress of my delivery at every stage. It arrived wrapped in a protective dust bag, made of biodegradable plastic, not cloth. This was all placed in a beautiful Grafea paper gift bag with ribbon handles. The quality of the bag itself is outstanding and it is a gorgeous thing of beauty. The leather is fantastic quality and smells great. I am definitely going to buy from this company again!
