No customer service
Issue with product bought and no resolution from Grabstore
They ask for you to supply video and photos of issue and when you send them they just ghost you
Dont deal with them as there customer service doesnt exist
Buyer beware
Warranty doesnt exist

Purchased first via The Warehouse web site. Incorrect item sent and wasn't refunded postage costs. Then purchased direct. Velcro is hopeless on item.

I bought an item and the received an email telling me that it was already shipped and on it’s way. then they emailed me again saying that my order was missed and they don’t have stock!

Quickly delivered goods. UNfortunately I ordered the wrong model but they allowed a return for full refund and sorted it quickly.
