I recently used Gowland White in Yarm for the sale of my property. I would 100% recommend Gowland White to anyone. The staff are super friendly, professional and empathetic. I was kept up to date throughout the process without any need to chase. Thank you for making the process smooth sailing and stress free.

After a terrible experience with a previous estate agent I came to Gowland and White highly stressed and hoping for a quick sale so we didn’t lose another house we had put an offer in. Within 48 hours our home was listed with them and they gave us an incentive to use and trust them. The property was sold in less than a fortnight with the first viewer offering full asking price. They were not only helpful in selling the property, but they supported me through the whole process behind the scenes too. Keeping in regular contact, chasing both mine and the buyer’s solicitors for updates and pushing the sale through. They gave me advice throughout and advocated for me. I can’t recommend them enough, nor can I thank them for getting the sale so quickly so we haven’t lost our dream home!

After a poor experience, and a wasted and frustrating few months trying to sell our late father's property through the local branch of a national Estate Agency chain, we decided to try a fresh approach. We are so glad that we did.

Demi, Jodene, Magda, Nicola and all the support team were absolutely first class, from the initial visit, through the marketing process, and then successfully completing the sale. They were all helpful, friendly, and did everything they promised they would do promptly and efficiently. We cannot speak highly enough of the level of friendly service received from Nicola and Demi at the Stockton office. Demi in particular went out of her way literally to visit our property on a couple of occasions to check on matters. Nicola was first class on reporting on the progress of our eventual sale.

Having waited for over a year to find our new home it finally happened.

We had plenty of interest and offers but couldn’t make the move until we had a place to move too.

Thankfully we had very patient buyers.

I dealt with Nicola (and sometimes Demi) in the Stockton branch of Gowland White as a buyer, and the service was first class. Nicola kept me up to date every step of the way, and was fast and efficient at getting messages to and from the vendor. There was an unforseen issue which arose during the searches, but Nicola handled it all amazingly. Thanks to the team for making a chewy process as straightforward as possible.
