Shipping is a little uncertain
Hello, the company I work for has been buying from GoVets for a while now and it's excellent service. The only complaint that I have is that sometimes when I buy something, I don't know when to expect it. Sometimes the shipping is very quick and other times it can take up to a few months. The only issue I have is that some of those items that take a long time are listed as "In stock" and has no indicator that they will need to be backordered.

You’re absolutely right that shipping timelines can vary, and we understand how important clear expectations are when placing an order. Many of the products we offer ship directly from our suppliers, and while some items ship very quickly, others may be subject to supplier lead times or backorders that aren’t always immediately reflected at checkout.
That said, we agree that items listed as “in stock” should come with clearer indicators when extended lead times may apply. We’re actively working to improve how backorder status and estimated ship dates are displayed and communicated so customers have better visibility before and after ordering.

It was a little disturbing
It was a little disturbing to have ordered from GoVets and receive the items I ordered arrive from Grainger. If this was the case, then why didn't I just order from Grainger.

I ordered a stall door and the website…
I ordered a stall door and the website states that the hanging hardware is included. The box was damaged and I assumed the hardware fell out in shipping. I entered in to a chat only to be told that the hardware is not included. I thought I had made a mistake but double checked the website and also the chat person agreed that the hardware was to be included. I know have a gate and no way to hang it. I now have to try to find the hardware at extra cost. I will not do further business here again.

Hi Liz - Looking into this - we do see that the High Country Plastics Horse Gate (281-81746B20) was delivered to Hilltop Ranch for a great price (including shipping of $151.29 and that we did issue you a refund of $50, but I understand that there were challenges dealing with the manufacturer for the hardware kit. We hope that everything turned out ok for your gate and are so sorry this happened. For future reference reference, your order number is 000459344. Hope that you consider us again in the future as most order deliver same or next day and we generally do not experience these types of challenges with our suppliers, manufacturers or 3rd parties. Either way - thank you for your previous business and best of luck!
Order arrived in just 2 days
My order arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. But the packaging could be better. I believe it could have been packed more snug. With arrows pointing in the up direction.

Stay away from Go Vets
I ordered an ice melting item for $49.99 on Jan 2nd. I received the wrong item, which was a can of deicer for $9.95 on Jan 16th. It is now Feb 1st and I am still not credited back for the item I paid for. Today their customer service person “Lexi” made sure to let me know this is the “SECOND” as she typed it, time I’m receiving a return label. I did not see it because the emails are so long from no responses, that I missed it.
If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Their customer service personnel SUCK.
