I had an issue with my card not allowing reactivation
I had an issue with my card not reactivating although my veterans lottery membership was valid. Once Georgina started handling my case it was dealt with pretty quickly. I had to revert a back to her a couple of times but she quickly responded with a very gracious manner. Everything is now working. Thankyou.

Excellent customer service and a wide range of participating outlets
What made my experience great was Sarah, the customer service advisor. My query was dealt with, by her, efficiently and effectively. The communication was straight forward, polite and professional.
Additionally, the gourmet society plus app is excellent - I had no idea of the range of outlets locally who had signed up to the gourmet society and/or the coffee club and the associated discounts etc. Highly recommended!

Problem resolved
We have had the gourmet society discount
But until now had not used it, when I came to activate it I couldn’t quite understand what i was meant to do,
Frustrated and confused I emailed Lloyds Gourmet and Sarah replied within couple of hours fully explaining what to do
Within minutes we were up and running and fully explained to us
